How much would postage be for that? How much is a stamp? Erm.. I might have it. Mum likes her music. Cheers, Matt D -
could do - a lot of paper maybe?
This is true... I dont really have a need for anything like this at the moment, although I plan to build a few basses soon...and theyr'e gonna need cases.. Hmmm.... I wonder if you could just send it like that, if you stick some gaffa round once to stop it from opening on transport? Hey, I guess you can tell I have never used a courier before

Can you not wrap it in something, like paper, and send it as is.. it is a box itself?
This is piezo only so it is not prone to feedback like microphone-based systems. It gives you the sound of your bass but amplified, I have found it to be really faithful. You just fit it on the bridge, plug the jack into the socket ant there you go - it has no controls so you adjust your sound and volume on your amp.
Do you just slip it under the wings of your bridge, or do you find you have to wedge it under with wood or something?

Excellent Keith!! Damn I havent watched T&J for ages, wow! Brilliant

I have never used a double bass pickup before believe it or not, as I have only ever done orchestral work. What is this like for tone, and volume? Feedback, interference? Do I just fit this, and plug straight into amp via jack lead? Please could you describe its attributes a bit, and I might be pursuaded to have it. I was prospectively going to be getting a bass with a pickup fitted, but this has now been posponed... Thanks very much for your help! Matt

Although I prefer my AH400 for the UV light!!!! If I hadn't already bought a stack I would snatch this from you!! Good luck with the quick sale!!! Matt
How about £750 for both? I could bring the bass over no prob. The piano might go in my new (second-hand) car when I get it tomorrow, but it would have to go on it's back. A van or trailer would be better. Anyway, you'd have to see them both first.
PMed Keith.. Of course, though to me, a piano is a piano, I can tell whats good and whats crap, but I can't even play properly yet, so... The double bass of course I can check out, and would before buying any bass. Matt
MB1. Overwater#1 was after one could try him!
I was going to try to blag a free one off someone, seen as so many people let them go for nothing. I guess £250 is nothing, and I have shown the parents.. How much would it cost for someone to bring it over here though? Blackpool, as Im assumin it wouldn't fit in your car, definately not my cars.. If I buy your bass, you could throw it in Keith haha! Tell you what.. my uncle owns a large Yamaha motorcycle dealer in NW (Raceways), I will see if any of his vans are going over your way Keith, just a thought? Hmmm I was going to try and save up in time for September and get your double bass though.. Well September 2020 Cheers, Matt
Never letting my valve combo go anywhere, sorry! (and pedant tho I am, it ain't the V4 combo I'm afraid!!) TWO? When did you get a second one? And yes, £400 for this is a good price. If it was a 12-band I'd have snapped it up!
I have an old series 6 12 band Ah200s Im using again at the moment as backup, belongs to my friend but on long term loan. I dont use it much, but ran it into a couple of PA speakers for a guitarist last week... I dont need anything else with the AH400!! I only use the AH200 when I need two rigs really...
