  1. This is an early Morley wah pedal, from before they diverged into different models, although this is probably closest to the current 'Classic Wah'. It is an optical circuit which avoids the potential noise and wear associated with potentiometers, and conveniently has an on/off switch separate from the treadle, saving that screaming burst of treble which comes from traditional toe-down switching! It currently has Velcro on the base suitable for pedalboard mounting, but feet could easily be fitted for standalone use.
  2. Here is my lovely Ozark Tenor Banjo, bought with good intentions but has only had slight use. It has a 17 fret neck with 505mm scale length, removable resonator, and Remo Weatherking head. It is currently tuned to Irish Tenor (GDAE, one octave below mandolin or violin), but can easily be re-strung and set up for jazz tuning. Comes with a good quality gigbag and spare set of strings.
  3. This is Thomann's house-brand, and is an 8-channel 250w powered mixer head. It features 8 channel strips with signal/clip led, 3-band EQ, effects mix, level, and both mic and line inputs. It also has monitor and headphone outputs with separate volume controls, a stereo in/out for iPods etc, phantom power, a master 7-band EQ, a digital effects processor with effects loop, a limiter to prevent distortion and protect speakers, and even an XLR connection for a gooseneck lamp for dark stages! Output is via speakon or jack. It is a very capable PA and solidly built- the carrying handles and box are very tough, although there is some scuffing to the paint from use. It can also be tilted back for ease of use when placed lower down. The instruction booklet is included, and I have a box I can use if postage is required.
