***Edit for weight!*** ***Sunburst SOLD*** ***Red SOLD*** Cue the sound of rubber hitting the road! I've been putting off selling any basses but with a build to fund, it needs doing sooner or later. Here are my pair of Yamaha BB425s, originally destined to be my only two basses. Identical apart from the colour and strings, each has an alder body with 45 degree through-stringing, 5-piece neck of maple and nato (similar to mahogany, apparently!) and ceramic P and J type pickups, wound a little hot for a full, balanced tone. The metallic red one is strung with DR Sunbeams and the sunburst with Status flats, although I can change those for rounds if preferred. Each looks to weigh 4.4kg on my bathroom scale, and ol' red has a tiny fleck of red in the neck finish on the bass side near the body- I'd already had it a year or so before I noticed it, but it is shown in the photos. I have a choice of Thomann gigbags to ship them in, either the black one with one of the zip heads missing, or the blue one with a burn hole from an onstage candle! Collection is welcomed and we can meet in my studio which is separate from the house, or I have boxes for posting. I can usually get a good price via Interparcel, but we can figure out the price depending on the service you'd prefer to use. £250 each.

This is a portable 150 watt PA speaker with inputs for microphones and instruments, wireless headset mic, built in MP3 player with USB and SD card storage, remote control, and stereo RCA inputs and outputs. It also includes an echo effect, two-band equaliser, and a feature to automatically dip the background music volume when a mic is spoken into- just like on the radio! It is lightweight, but also has wheels and a telescopic handle for easy transport. It can be mounted on any standard speaker stand, and includes a rain cover. The battery no longer holds a charge, so the unit does require mains power from its included power supply when in use. Ideal for speeches, aerobics classes, parties, etc.
