Hi everyone, As I've splurged on a Sandberg this is up for a tentative sale or trade. I bought this in March to see how I got on with five strings. Turns out I like it! It's a lovely bass in open pore burgundy with no marks on. Home use only. The burgundy is a lovely red and the wood grain comes through nicely. The neck is a 5 piece panga-panga and walnut. Fretboard is roasted maple. Plays really well and the Markbass mb-1 pre gives scope for plenty of sounds. Pickups are bartolini mk1. Tuners are hipshot ultra lite. It weighs 4.2kg using bathroom scales. Edit: would possibly consider trades for a compact combo. could post or happy to meet up around Glasgow (once cop26 madness is out of the way).
