I remember the cycling proficiency test things, we were very dismissive of them and the kids who took them tho, we had progressed to getting old scrap scooters and mopeds going, and caning around the woods / back alleys on them, so we thought we were far to "hard" to do kid's stuff like that ( we'd be about 12 here ! )

As an experiment, (as I've not consciously listened to a Nickleback track for a very long time) i watched a random one of thei vids on utube.. Feed the Machine it was... Tbh I thought it was quite good for that kind of stuff, in fact the video was very well done, ( indeed, kind of looks like where we're heading right now) but i digress... On that single random taster I'd certainly not slag 'em off as a band, even tho it's not exactly my kind of thing

The Rick would probably be worth more than it is now if he'd left it in his homemade psychedelic paint job !

Totally, and in addition to his obvious fame and profile, Mac C is probably about the only bass player the average Joe/Joanne in the street could actually identify as a "bass player" I wonder how the Rick would do compared to the Hofner..?
