I also had one, fairly briefly, they're a very cool looking little thing, but it really wasn't very useful as a player, and tbh didn't sound great, so it went.
Drummer's easy, get a drum machine, you won't have all those annoying "fills" and stuff either
I'd keep the guitarist purely as a useful roadie for your gear, just have a remote volume pedal so you can turn him right down for the actual gig.

I only flogged it as I really wasn't using it, being at heart a 100% four banger kind of chap....
Tbh if you find some oddments of timber knocking about, you could simply make your own tribute version, I've got some pukka grubby old slot headed screws if that helps 😁
