FS UK Gallien-Krueger GK Legacy 800 Head - *SOLD*
Brucegill posted a topic in Amps and Cabs For Sale
Bought used last year and has been faultless. Sounds fantastic but have downsized my rig, so no longer needed. No original box but will be very well packed. I didn’t get a footswitch with it, but think you can use most easily available ones, so shouldn't be a problem to source if you need it. Postage via special delivery. Normally ship out next working day Price includes postage and assumes Bank transfer or PP gift or plus any fees. -

Only selling this as my new 10" is finally on the way to me from Barefaced. Bought on here in September last year. Offering it for the same as I paid. Comes with a branded soft cover. Few small marks - will photo properly over the weekend. Price is for collection form CB21 area - payment via bank transfer or PP gift or plus fees. Welcome to come and try it - I work from home so most days are fine. EDIT - no box big enough that I can find. Only hope there is if the 10” gets delivered in a huge box, but I’d be surprised if that’s the case - so collection only for now. Cheers Bruce

Have another JMJ Bass up for sale... I seem addicted to these, but then move back to full scale 🤦🏼♂️ All hang tags, spare pearl white pick guard, original fender flats, Fender gig bag. Currently strung with La Bella 760-mus that have had hardly any use (Knock £20 off the price if you dont want these!) Have boxes so happy to package up for your courier, or I can arrange postage through Overland express fully insured (If you just want Parcel Force, thats fine if you organise it - I'd only send it insured if I'm responsible for shipping). Sale only now thanks. Will look for a Flea Jazz when this sells. Unless you're local enough for a face to face trade EDIT - Now £890 posted! (drop off £40 for collection) - Assumes bank transfer or PP gift or add fees - Based near Linton in Cambridge Posted via Overland Express postage fully insured via Parcel Force 24

Up for sale is my AM Vintage 2 P Bass in gloss black. Owned from new. Has a few chips here and there and the black is a nightmare for showing marks. It's been used and enjoyed! Currently strung with La Bella lights (not the Ti's pictured) and also have the original rounds that were never used. Fitted with Lindy Fralin P-Bass Pickups (stock output) Been a fantastic bass, but I'm cutting everything down so this is on the block. Pick up welcome. Delivery via Overland Express insured included in the price. Price assumes PP Gift or bank transfer or plus fees. Have feedback on here for bass sales and over on The Fretboard and eBay under the same username. Not looking for trades I’m afraid.

Up for sale is a rather lovely Wilcock Mullarkey. Bought from the forum just recently. Always fancied one of these but it turns out my GAS eyes were just that. GAS. It's a lovely thing, really responsive and resonant. Very versatile with the two pickups. Pickups are very dynamic. Ultimately its just showed me I don't get on with short scale basses even if I wish I could - I just don't seem to get my timing right on them. As soon as I pick my P Bass back up, I realised I'm wasting my time and have all I need already 🤷♂️ Amazing neck! All in great condition. All working as it should. Only marks I can see are on the neck by the second fret and the edge off the headstock. I'm offering it for the same price I bought it for but including free insured postage via Overland Express and also a set of brand new La Bella flats (rounds are in the case for you to try). Collection also welcome. Gutted, but I need to move on and take the hit. Not looking for any trades - but may consider synths or an Octatrack mk2 Payment via PP Gift or plus fees or Bank transfer. Have bought and sold a number of times on here and have feedback. Bay user name is the same as on here. Also years of trades on The Fretboard. Specs are: Maple finger board 2 custom Armstrong pickups Schaller Bridge Hipshot Tuners Volume, Volume, Tone set up (as requested) 30 inch scale length 20 medium jumbo frets Dunlop Strap Locks Hiscox hard case included WEIGHT - 3.3kg (kitchen scales) https://www.wilcocklondon.com/the-mullarkey Previous sales thread for more info and photos:

+1 for Sam. Bought a pedal from me. Great to deal with. Enjoy!

I think John even mentioned this about being one reason for going appointment only. Honestly, I thought it was BS, I couldn’t imagine anyone having an issue with a guitar off a shelf being seen as “used”. Guess I was wrong! Interesting to hear this opinion.

That's great to hear!

Peach used to be at Blake House Craft centre at Blake End, between Dunmow and Rayne. Then moved to the massive warehouse on Severalls Industrial Park. They were open to walk ins up until Covid. The Guitar theft was pre Covid, in 2018! I'm really in two minds about the appointment system - On one hand, I've been to get strings or a pedal and come out with a Guitar 😬 On the other, I've been into a shop to try a guitar and not been able to get to hear it properly due to loads of customers being in store doing the same thing. I've certainly gone in a number of times to look at a specific guitar, only to come out with something completely different, that I'd only tried as I could walk around and just have a go. That will never happen for me, if appointments are based on giving them a list of instruments you want to try. I was in Coda trying a Custom Shop Strat a while back. Two kids, maybe 14-15 were both playing through amps, together, running through Reign In Blood as best they could. Now there was no way I could hear what I was playing, no way anyone else in the shop could either. But man, they had fun. It was great to see tbh. Brought back many memories of visiting shops with no way of being able to afford anything at the time. The lads walked out, bought some picks and went on their merry way. I've also been in there when a really young kid came in with his dad to try a guitar out - The guy on the floor plugged him into a Two Rock and let him at it. Those times will stick in their heads and keep them coming back, one day, hopefully, to buy a guitar and not just some picks etc. I feel peach would be damned if they did and damned if they didnt. But I do miss just saying "f*** it, I'm off to Peach" I'll drop them an email once Namm has finished and see if I can go and browse some acoustics. Would be good to see John again as it's been a while.
