I don't thinbk you've any merit in waiting, if there's gonna be a queue for refunds, may as well be as near the front as possible.

I hope not too many people are out of pocket, I know from expereince they take a long time to send refunds. Are buyers protected in these situations?

Whilst I have no love for Bax as a company, it'll be very sad for their staff if the do go bust. Hope they can tur it around somehow for their staff's sake if nothing else.

I'm pleased this worked out for you bro. I was looking at FCS Sean Hurley P bass before Xmas (Currently £4400) it was £3200 before the black Friday discount code which is a steal. Given the state the Fender 602 bass turned up in i'm kinda glad i didn't order that.
