1. This is an early Euro 4 (without the LX) CRFM had dot inlays, not the crown inlays. Euro differs from Euro LX that the latter has an alder/walnut/maple sandwich for wings whereas the EURO has maple wings. (the Euro differs from the CR mainly in the inlays for the 4 strings, for 5 strings, the CR had 34" scale, the Euro 35") Might be worth checking the OBP as these were to a certain number supplied with Aguilar OBP. This is a very good bass.
2. I have seldom seen a early TRB in such a pristine condition. Fortunately I can not really make use of a 4 string bass, otherwise I'd be tempted. I think Yamaha TRB basses, regardless of vintage and model are always of very good value. I have had 5 of them in the past and while changes in life led me to sell them, they always are special for me. So free bump!
3. No thanks! This hybrid bass is not really my thing!
trade with Ashula Ibanez excellent condition ?
4. Added some more trade options. But really, I'd rather go for a straight sale.
5. Hey, Up for sale is my Sandberg TM5. Five strings, [s]alder[/s] ash body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, block inlays. Delano pu's, active Sandberg electronics. High/low boost/cut, active/passive switch, MM pu switch. String spacing is 18mm. Bass was made in 2009. It is all stock, in good condition. Only thing worth mentioning is the buckle rash on the backside. Price includes a used but useable HSC and shipping within EU! (bass is located in Hungary) Trades only for these, however unlikely (with cash adjustment as needed) - Ibanez SR5006 or anything Ibanez Prestige 6 string - Ibanez GWB 01/1005 etc. - Ibanez GWB 35 - Ibanez GVB36 - Spector Euro 5 - 5 string Dingwalls - MM SR5 No amps or cabs, I'm well set there.
6. There is no padauk on the body, this is full mahogany. I have a version of the 1306 with the mahogany / padauk sandwitch, see the picture below (the other bass on the left is a SR3006E w/ full mahogany body) Anyway, this great bass with killer upgrades (Emg and Aguilar OBP) Whoever buys it will not be disappointed to say the least.
7. If my memory serves well, there was the original 3006 that they were making for a year in 2001 with Ibanez pickups, called SR3006SOL, then it was changed to Barts and got the "E" after the 3006 name, so it became SR3006ESOL in 2002. This ran unchanged until 2005 when the Prestige SR1006 replaced it. You can have a look and search for it here within the old Ibanez catalogs http://www.ibanez.co.jp/anniversary/ I'm pretti sure in 2005 they already had the other model, the 1006, but they might continue to produce this for Japan or other markets. But I'm not familiar with Ibanez's serial numbers regarding early 2000 Jap Prestiges. It is a damn good bass, would be tempted if I hadn't already had one plus an earlier Ibanez sixer and other Prestige fiver. Good luck with the sale, whoever gets this will be satisfied.
8. Sir, are you sure about the year it has been made? I have the exact same bass and I was under the impression these were made between 2004 and 2006. Anyway, not that it really matters, I have been over 40 basses and my Sr3006E is the only one I sold and bought back, and still is my main bass. Will probably never let go again. I honestly think this is the pinnacle of Ibanez basses :-)
9. The eq is two band, the vol is push-pull. 9v is correct. Fretboard is wenge, the body is bubinga, neck is wenge/bubinga The bass is still available by the way. Also sorry for the late reply, I was travelling.
10.
Pm'd
I did not get the PM!
11. PM sent, sorry for the delay, And bump.
12. Also cabs will be considered as trades, too. (410, 115 only)
13. For sale is my Warwick Thumb NT5 from 1991 The bass is stock and in very good condition considering it's age. The only major thing is a nick on the lower part of the body, you can see it on one pic. The bass has a new set of D'Addario Prims on it since last week, with about 30 minutes playing in it and is well set up.. The bass has a HSC, too. The bass is in Hungary, will be packed well if shipped. I'm not active much on this forum but you can check my feedback on Talkbass (Paulhauser), or on ebay (pal267267). 1250 GBP / 1600 EUR, including shipping within EU. As I have too many basses I vastly prefer sale over trade. This being said, with the right offer I might be ok with trade, too. Here is a list of what's intresting for me (with cash adjustment on either end as per discussion) - No 4 string basses and no fretless basses thank you. - 5 string Sadowskys (J) - 5 sting Sandberg Californias - 5 string Spector Euros - 6 string Yamaha TRB P or IIP - 6 string Ibanez Prestige Soundgears - 6 string MTD's - Conklin GTBD7 - 5 string Zon Sonus - 5 string Modulus Quantums - 5/ 6 string WW Streamer Stage I/II - EBS or Aguilar heads (no others, thanks) Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us
14. I have just got the Alembic this morning. It was very well packed and survived the journey from England to Hungary in one piece. Graham is a nice gentleman to deal with, all the comminication was flawless and it was a real easygoing deal, despite international shiment and bank transfer. Thanks Graham for this great instrument and if anyone is about to deal with Graham, do it with confidence! Paul
