I always thought they looked cool.[/quote] The semi is a Schector Baron H and it soounds similar to a stingray but it is a little neck heavy The Wesley cost me £52.00 0ff ebay new and it has the most powerful passive pick ups i have ever heard it also plays great too after a bit of setting up

I have a Status series 2 which is beautiful but unfortunately has got damaged and i have had a quote from my insurance company of £500 which they say i should be able to get an equivalent bass. does anyone have any idea what these basses are going for it is a 1984 no:279 cheers

I have recently bought a Marcus Miller Jazz bass 4string model and the strings are begining to become a bit lifeless. this strings that came on it were great, does anyone know the type and gauge that come as standard on these as i wish to get the same again any help would be great cheers

I bought a Wesley powder blue bass that is sort of jaguar shaped. It cost £62.00 and it has the most powerful passive pups i have heard, it has good tone too and plays great, bearing in mind the expensive basses i have got. It just needed a little fettling to sort Great buy cheers Glenn

hi i have a beautiful Status series 2 that is on bass porn unfortunately i has had an accident and is rather badly damaged although only cosmetically but still plays like a dream I am thinking of returning it to its former glory but cannot find anyone that i trust to repair it does anyone know a good luthier in leicester or Birmingham area cheers Glenn

i have just joined a covers band and the day after i audtioned the drummer went on holiday for two weeks. He is back to rehearse on Wednesday and we have our first gig the following Wednesday. We have 30 songs to do some easy some not ranging from steelers wheel stuck in the middle to my generation.
