hi I cannot lie it does have the punch tone that you say. It has a pull volume which makes it a much smoother tone. It is abeautiful bass in every way from an underestimated company. all the best

hi all i have just purchased an Ashdown abm 500 combo and have been biamping it with my mag 200 but i would prefer an extension cab (must be 8ohm and 4oo watt or more) instead, to raise the power of my 500 combo so if you are interested let me know Still a bit unsure if i want to let the mag go as i have had it for a long time but depends whats on offer I live near leicester Not sure if this is a big ask but i am sure you will all let me know Thanks all

Hi all I am considering selling or trading my Status Series 11 that i have had since 1984 this is a beautiful bass BUT it was dropped by a member of my band in 1987 It play perfectly but has a fair amount of cosmetic damage which i have been quoted £350 to repair and as i own a few other basses now i am thinking of making some space I am open to offers but please bare in mind that i may have a sudden panic about leaving it after 24 years but if the deal looks good then fine it will go I have sorted a few pics to try and show the damage let me know if you need any more info
