I could be tempted into a trade for something American and Fender shaped; vanilla, passive, boring and unmodded though please. An american standard/pro precision with a rosewood board, or a jazz with a maple board? A natural AV75 RI Jazz would be welcome. Perhaps it's trade-bait for a more valuable instrument that you'd like to downgrade? Cash adjustment is available for something more esoteric... lets talk.
I have a documented aversion to anything 'burst' coloured though. I know, I know, there's lots of great instruments that are 3TSB/sun/antigua/whatever but I can't be doing with any of it sorry. It's a thing.

Dealing with Graham is like waiting for a bus. You wait ten years for another one and then two turn up at once.
More richly deserved positive feedback from me.

Sold Mart a hard case. Easy comms and fast payment. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Stew just called round to buy a stand off me and I have to say I was very disappointed. He looks absolutely nothing like he does in his avatar! The fact that the deal went through so quickly and that Stew himself seems like quite an amiable chap, is small consolation for having my expectation of answering the door to a 1950's neon pink beauty so... resoundingly crushed. Thanks a bunch Stew!

If somebody asked me, I would take a short video of a bass with my phone, with sound too if they wanted, but both would be very poor quality and not representative of the instrument they would receive, for better or worse.
As the seller is not obligated to meet your stipulations, you'll just have to spend your money on something else.

I came into possession of my first Hiscox case recently. If anyone isn't familiar they are extremely good quality cases, well made, robust, not too heavy or bulky.
...and made in the UK. I use them as a benchmark. "Is a.n. other's case better or worse than a Hiscox?"

Hiscox STD-EBS hard case. Used but good condition and key included. Pictures to follow this weekend.
£70 posted to UK mainland, £60 collected from Kingswood, Bristol.

The normal USA 75 had black blocks and binding, all clear lacquer.
This special run has white blocks and binding and that aged tint...
Thanks Andy.
It's a handsome looking bass.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is it about this guitar that makes it a FSR? It looks to me like a American Vintage '75 Reissue. I'm not questioning its provenance, I'm just curious to know.

Sunburst (any burst) guitars should be put in their own grubby little thread where they can't offend me. I've lost count of the number of times (at least twice) I've read the description and told myself "I've always wanted one of them".
I open the thread and see that the price is right, "NOW you've got my attention".
It's not a million miles away, "could this be the one?"
Scroll down the first image to reveal the headstock..."yes'm"... neck... "yep, it's a neck"... body... "no chance"
It damn well breaks my heart.

Just sold Beely a gig bag.
Swift comms and swift payment. A pleasure to do business with.
Many thanks!

This is surely a stone cold bargain.
Some bloke had his 'priced to sell' at £250 on facebook the other day. Gawd loves a trier apparently.

If you can play them in your sleep then you'll be fine. Nervous energy is a positive thing.
Once it's over you might notice that some women, who had once been indifferent to your presence, will look at you in an entirely unwholesome way.

I'd be impressed if we could just have the 'Mod Shop' configurator.
