Youre welcome Josh. Having owned a couple of later model LX and the Bolt-on I found they had it right with these earlier models, to my preference. I'd be sorely tempted to get in touch about this myself if I wasnt on a jazz bass kick at the minute.

I owned this lovely streamer for a good while. Its a 1997 "Streamer Bolt-on" , the forerunner to the "LX", The body is shaped more like the thru necks of the time (a little thinner than the LX). Cherry wood body, Prodominantly maple neck. I always thought the fingerboard looked like ebony. Made in Germany, lovely bit of kit.

Picked this up earlier in the year in a trade with Josh. Its a 4 string in candy apple red, matching headstock, passive P+J setup. Its the TOJ1 4 CAR model. Lovely bass, very good condition. Fender USA Jazz deluxe 2011 N3 4 string pickups and 18v preamp (active passive switch) for trade. Preamp is on control plate with fender knobs. I was going to put these in my Overwater by Tanglewood Classic Jazz but there is more routing to do than I'm comfortable with (the overwater is a P/J and passive so no large control cavity). Interested in trading for a decent P/J set and a preamp that is an easier fit in my overwater. Ill get photos sorted ASAP
