1.
If you go to the PJB website and download the manual it gives specs to what the requirement is - I bought a battery for mine and it cost around £19.00 from memory.
Thanks.
2.
This amp ... comes with ... the 12V battery.
What model of battery have you fitted to the amp?
3. And none of this will change how it sounds.
4. ... and rosewood fretboard.
5. Shell pink is fine but I'd go white pearl pickguard and white pickup covers.
6. If you don't like compromising with other musicians then you need to go solo. When you're solo you will only need to compromise with the promoter and with the audience.
7. It's obvious of course but piano left-hand.
8.
Yeah I initially didn't bother reading this post until I realised the OP meant 'Celebs'...
I read it because I thought it said 'slabs'.
9.
Elvis!
10.
Take a look at Post #10 ... weird or what?
Very weird.
11.
But what size drivers is he playing through?
They look quite small to me.
12. The TU2 works fine in my experience. But if your tuner is not capturing the E string try tuning at the octave harmonic on the E string. Most tuners will capture that note without problem.
13. Very good. I like the idea of the lipstick alongside the mudbucker and I agree on the aesthetics of moving it to be properly in line.
14. Chris, congrats but we need pictures.
15. I thought you were the one.
16. My son's first electric guitar was the Epiphone SG Special with the same pickup and controls arrangement.
17. Don Was Channels Sir Paul McCartney
18. The 'strangle' switch cuts the output substantially.
19.
Thanks for this, I just ordered some to cheat on my DB and stick some on the side of the neck
Edgar Meyer has some down the middle of his neck .... 'some of my favourite notes' I think he said.
20.
'ere ya go...... clickety-click.
Ordered on the 8th and got them today the 13th ... from Japan. Very good.
21. Mrs ET tells me that she is reliably informed by her Spanish flamenco dance teacher that when receiving a compliment such as 'You are looking gorgeous' or 'Your dancing is tremendous' the correct response is ............ 'Yes, I know'.
22. At last night's gig I broke a Pyramid Gold A string - strung through the bridge (not body) and broke at the saddle. The string dates from late 2008. So good value for money if nothing else.
23.

'Pyramid Gold' strings are not gold, they are nickel. 'Gold' is just the name of the string.
24. Not having been to an open mic night since about 1980, I have made the foolish error of judging guitarists not according to open mic night standards.
25. The VT pedal does colour the sound but how much it does so depends on where you set the controls. If you set the 'character' and 'drive' controls low then the colouration is less. I like it but there's no telling whether you will like it without using one.
