1. Very nice Wayne but wasn't it already kind of summery?
 2. Just the open E or all notes on the E string? Maybe try adjusting the EQ - reduce bass boost low mids. And/or adjust pickup height, down on the E side, up on the G side.
 3.
Only time i've seen blocks that are nice are when thepick guard is the same colour.
I think that, plus the butterscotch, is why it works on the Lakland I posted.
 4. We all need to start somewhere. Although not necessarily in public.
 5.
guys- calm down! the poll can be edited- and has been!
Excellent.
 6.
[pedantry] Not trying to be picky, but the 335 isn't hollow bodied strictly speaking. The hollow bits are just acoustic chambers either side of a massive slab of maple. So, you can think of it as semi acoustic; or you can think of it as a solidbody with acoustic chambers; or you could (stretching the point a bit) call it an archtop as well. [/pedantry]
But the Epiphone Casino is properly hollow - same as a Gibson ES-330.
 7. I don't usually like maple let alone the black blocks but I do like this one:
 8.
How often would you change them?
If and only if they break.
 9. I'ver got a Meisel COM90 on my upright bridge.
 10. Is it since the weather got warmer?
 11.
You did miss Semi-Acoustic off the list (they're hollow bodied electrics such as the 335).
Agreed, Epiphone Casino will do nicely.
 12. Yeah, Ive got that. Can't go far wrong with the Dr.
 13. Two of every lead, batteries, fuses, strings, picks (which I very rarely use).
 14.
What colour would you choose given a free choice then?
Olympic white or vintage white, chrome hardware, rosewood fingerboard.
 15.
They should email you a free return label.
That's exactly what they did in my case.
 16. I wouldn't choose any of those but then it's not for me, is it?
 17. Sorry this hasn't worked for you but I've got to say I've never had a problem with Thomann, even returning stuff, nor have I had a problem with Parcelforce - who weren't used by Thomann anyway.
 18.
I've started taking a kettle lead, speaker cable and a ton of spare leads. I used to be far more of the opinion that it's not my problem if the venue or another band member hasn't got everything they should, but it just saves a lot of hassle if you can quickly produce the right lead or whatever and get on with it. Of course the problem now is that the guitarist has started assuming I'll have all the leads he should have brought himself...
At that point I start pretending I haven't got a spare and say 'I thought you would have learned from last time'.
 19.
I take a spare everything, because i'm anal like that, but I was a boy scout and my paranoia has paid off on many occasions, I even take spare things others may need and they often have. If I'm involved the show will always go on. A good habit, but may be need a shrink.
Same here, except I was never in the scouts.
 20. La Bella 760FS Everyone is just going to tell you what they use.
 21.
I thought she was rubbish IMHO. ...
I haven't seen it yet but Im confdent this can't be true.
 22.
I have been on here every day and only just heard that Duck died on Sunday.
Sunday before last actually, the 13th.
 23. I had one of these from about 1974 to 1976. Nice basses but he needs to knock a 0 off and then give a further discount.
