I would expect those to fit. It says 34.5" winding and you only need 30" plus the distance to the tailpiece from the bridge. Measure the distance to the tailpiece from the bridge; is it less than 4.5"? If it is then that's good. But you can never tell for certain until the strings are on the bass.

Yes, certain things about the setup of the instrument will make so-called mwaah more noticeable but it's in your fingers really and it's possible to 'play it straight' on a fretless and it will still sound and feel different to a fretted instrument.

In the EU everyone pays VAT (or that country's equivalent). What you don't pay is customs duty and additional VAT ... because it's a single market. Let's hope it stays that way or we'll be adding about 20% onto Thomann prices

Listen to Rod Clements on the early Lindisfarne material - it's a fretless Precision and sometimes a fretless Rickenbacker.

I have never used chorus, reverb or any other effect on fretless bass.
