It's designed to do the Marcus Miller thing and Kiwi actually preferred the warmer sound of this bass over the Skarbee J Update that he used to own.[/color][/font] [font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif][color=#282828]The bass has active and passive modes at the flick of a small switch. The original pickups were a bit weedy sounding so Kiwi ordered some Celinder[/color][/font][color=red][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif] [/font][/color][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif][color=#282828]upgrades that are more in keeping with a passive 70's jazz bass.
