2. Thanks guys, appreciate it. Kio you have some lovely basses
3. This is my 3 week old SR300M which is in showroom condition. So, why am I selling it? Because I'm a dumb sumbitch and didn't spot the bit that said "24 frets" and as a Fender man I can't get to grips with it, I'm hitting wrong notes all the time. I'm 65 and don't have enough life left to get used to it. It's very very light, 7.5lbs or thereabouts. I would swap for a Jazz or Precsion but it must have Maple board and be in equally good order. Can add a little cash if required. This is Iron Pewter which is a new colour and it looks stunning. Only weighs around 7.5 lbs too! Spec':

neck Material: 5pc Maple/ Rosewood
Neck Type: SR4
Body: Agathis body
Frets: Medium frets
Fingerboard: Maple
Inlay: Black dot inlay
Bridge: B100 bridge
NeckPU: EXF-4-F
BridgePU: EXF-4-R
EQ: STYLE SWEEPER (SR)
HW Color: Iron pewter metallic
These sell for about £279 and this is no different to a new one in a shop so would like to get £220 delivered to your door (UK mainland only) Pics: cheers.
4. This is my SR500 bought just a few weeks ago for £500. I've played it for about 2 hours in total and it's still in showroom condition. The gigbag hasn't been used. Spec' Ibanez SR500M 4-String Electric Bass Guitar (in Brown Mahogany) is a very versatile bass that can produce any sound you require, besides looking gorgeous. The Ibanez SR basses are well known for playing comfort and flexibility like no others. The SR500M Premium has the classic slim neck and comes equipped with the high profile MR4 Mono-Rail bridge. The MK1 pickups are split coil designs that provides a very wide frequency range and enhanced defi nition for maximum accuracy. The Neck and Bridge pickups have equal response, like traditional single coils, but without the hum and noise. 5. The first of 3 basses for sale is this lovely SR in baby blue with perhaps the best maple neck I've seen in a long time. The story is that I bought the body & neck separately, added the pickup (SR) and plugged it in. It plays really really well with a good low action and plenty of thump. It's in stunning condition too, can't find any marks on it. I'm asking £55 collected for it because it's so good, if you want delivery we'll have to talk about it. No trades thanks. **It will come with standard strap buttons** Pics Thanks for looking.
6. Perhaps someone could put SOLD in the title please?
7. Food My tummy is slightly rotund but my Dad always used to say "They don't put bay windows on slums"
8. Crikey that's very nice!
9. Ah, a little too much of the avi then bump.
10. I can personally vouch for both of these basses, they are top notch, and Bob is a total gentleman, scholar & acrobat
11. People are asking your location, where are you located????
12. Please put sold in the title, saves wasting time looking.
13. That's a good deal for someone.
14. There was a red Jazz (?) version of this for sale not long ago that was advertised for around £500-550 iirc, that seems to be the ballpark price for these.
15. I thought I was on friends reunited for a minute then That's a lovely bass sir.
16. Lovely bass, does the amp come free as an inducement to buy?
17. Need a jazz neck, would it fit a Westfield jazz body do you think? is it standard fender width? cheers.
18. I'm usually a '12 second' bidder, but got caught out last time. I hit the place bid button with 12 secs to go and "Please enter your password" came up Lost that one as the pc went a bit slow.
19. They were £60, I bought 6 of them and sold them all on here for £60 as so many people wanted them and our local shop had a lot of them. That shop closed down soon after In fact I will be listing one shortly.

22. Super jazz playing mate
23. I have to agree with the majority here, I had one to try out before stocking them and it went back sharpish. It was a bass in looks only.
