  1. This is my immaculate 3 colour sunburst Precision made in the good ol' US of A. This is without doubt the best I've ever owned with a very low action that plays cleanly and with a lot of thump as expected. Comes with the shaped Fender case which is also immaculate. Weight is 8.6 lbs on my digital scales and also has the fully working S1 switch. There is 1 very tiny dimple on the front above the pickguard, hard to see though and even harder to photograph.

  3. Of course forgot about them.
  4. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300622547536?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 Truss rod access is wrong innit? At £350 atm.
  5. Just had a listen to the band and I'm so impressed John, I listened to every tune! Awesome stuff.
  6. I've had this problem. I'm a fairly gentle player in a church band and sometimes you want to play quietly, which is when the main problem occurs. The E & A absolutely boom out and the D & G are barely audible. More noticeable on the quieter songs but still there at higher volumes. I've had about 5 P's and they were all the same. Just thought they were all like that.
  7. Shame the Falcon pics are so small, I can't see them properly. Can't you put some up like the above ^^?
  8. Andy just sent me some tuners on appro' to see if they wroked for me. Very trusting and very kind, thanks Andy you are a credit to Basschat. Tom.
  9. Good luck with that Tony, you sold the wrong one imo, I love it!
  10. Thanks GW, I'm sure I can do that.
  11. Thanks all, sounds like a good bet then. GW, thanks for the advice on fitting, is the neck a tight enough fit to keep it still while you drill? what would you rest it on? What size drill? Sorry for all the questions but I haven't done it before.
  12. Cheers guys, it is for my CV Precsion in Fiesta red too was the fit ok?
  13. I too had the Jazz, loudest bass I ever owned. Couldn't take the weight though.
  14. Mornin' all, anyone ever bought a Mighty Mite neck off ebay? These are new and look good value for money. Any problems found before I blow £100? Ta.
  15. Wa wa wa waaaaaaaahhhhhhhh Lovin the solution Mc Nach
  16. I really wouldn't buy a USA if you get the CV, the difference just isn't worth it imo. At least wait and see. I'm blown away with mine.
  17. Hmm, I'm having a severe bout of procrastination.....
  18. Dear Claire Raynor, I'm supposed to be giving up bass but I have a terrible urge for a Geddy Lee Jazz bass, what should I do? It's the neck you know....
  19. I bought Cyrene's CVP and I'm putting my USA P up for sale, it's that good, not as powerful obviously but more than adequate for me so I might as well have some money back. Gareth just buy one, you do go on, in the nicest possible way
  20. Can't find an existing thread. Pete bought some strings off me and it was a perfect transaction, fast payment, great comms. Can't get better! Thanks Pete.
  21. This man keeps selling things I can't ignore Now go away and sell no more! Tony's a great guy to deal with, really on the ball and a gent to boot. I look at this bass in awe, it's in such 'better than new' condition. Thanks again mate.
  22. Nice bass but you're bumping a lot during a day, which isn't good etiquette. In the nicest possible way
