1. Don't worry about it, I have had a load of PM's re-this and I can't reply to them all quickly so I'll put answers on here: It's a Mex, it will have a gigbag and as anyone who has dealt with me will know it will be very securely packed. Merello, PM'd
2. Hi again, anothe Jazz bass in black with a gorgeous maple neck. There are 2 small marks on the upper body that I have tried to photograph. Nothing too bad and it doesn't detract from the apprearance. Frets are unworn, and it's one of those bass's that is much louder than others that, I have Don't know why but you know how you get a car that runs better than another identical one. Would like £320 for this delivered. Thanks for looking.
3. Trouble is we don't know what we're looking at? Presumably you don't want to see what you'd be swapping for?
4. Does anyone know what size allen key fits the badass 2 please? I have about 60 and none of them fit. It IS allen I suppose? My eyesight isn't brilliant close up. Thanks
5. Hi Pete, yes it does, It's too much for me being old. I bought it not understanding the subtlties of tone and TBH a Precision has as much tone as I probably need. I came to bass from being a lifelong 12 string guitar player and the culture shock was big. I thought that if I had all these controls I'd find something I liked but it didn't work like that because I'm not good enough to appreciate the finer points of bass playing. This is no reflection on the Varitone. Regards, Tom.

I have one and they rock! Good luck with the sale.
7. Up for grabs is this USA made Varitone control set with a series switch. Here's a link to the egay advert that I bought it from: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/62-FENDER-JAZZ-BASS-...=item27aeaefb2a It is as new and functions perfectly. Just screw your pickup & earth wires in and that's it! Huge range of tones. I want £70 delivered as it cost me £115 in all. No pics as it is exactly the same as the one in the ad
8. I think we all agree it's a great bass, just a bad time to find that kind of money or I'd be in the queue. Oh look, I've gone and bumped it
9. I really do wish people would stop putting porn on for sale threads That is stunning, good luck with the sale although luck you don't need
10. Wonder if he kept the GL body? muse/ Don't like it if I'm honest. :snob:

Ashdown.

Morning all. Could I have a bit of amp advice please. I've acquired through a deal with other stuff an Ashdown rig, quite old. It's a C115-200 combo and a matching cab, both are 1x15". The cab is a blue line. Can't find much out about them and I want to move them on asap. How much would you think they are worth? All in good working order. I don't want to put it up for sale without an idea of its value, ie' offers, or I will probably be taken outside and shot. Thanks.
13. Just for interest's sake Thomann offer them now for £791.93!
