  1. Where are you????
  2. Bedsheet? hahaha.... it's a piece of material that I had in a drawer, needs ironing. Tracy might have had something to do with it........... It's a great bass for the money, low action and plays faultlessly. GLWTS.
  3. I wrote this in 2011 and it was stickied then, but since the new website hosting palaver it disappeared. I've used Interparcel and UPS since I joined many years ago and sent a lot of basses and only had 1 slight mishap which was minor. I'll stick with what I know. BUT I do bombproof packing which certainly helps.
  4. 40-100 roundwound, brand new. Posted for 18 quid.
  5. How aboot this? It's an 80's Fender Performer, not many made.
  6. I have the cab, just bought it and because it's so good I've put my markbass combo up for sale.
  7. .I also have a mint one, they are fabulous basses. GLWTS Ash
  8. This is a great combo that's only had a small amount of home use. Cost new is almost £800 and this one is totally as new.
  9. Keeper to stand your bass next to yer amp and safely strapped in. £10 posted.
  10. Hiya all, here is my immaculate Markbass CMD 151 combo. Spec here: http://www.markbass.it/product-detail/mini-cmd-151p/ 300 watts or 500 w with a cab. It's in as new condition having hardly been used, it's about 15 months old. happy to post.
  11. Look at that action, I could crawl under the E string. Notice too that the saddles are right on the bottom. Yeah, bitsa.
  12. Bugger, just bought a new one. He says it has 2 inputs? I only see one?
  13. I have a new shiny PB50 in red, awesome without all that shoite.

    TC 250

Used it saturday evening and sunday morning in our church and it performed faultlessly, fitted in really well with keys and a 12 string guitar. very little volume needed so happy with that.

    TC 250

Hiya, Just been out to GFM to return a bass and while I was there I saw a TC Electronics TC BH250 amp for £181 and an Eden 112 cab for £199 so I had a play about with it and I was very impressed with the combination, so was a guy looking at basses. I was amazed at how much power the cab could handle, it is tight and very articulate. The amp is really good too even though it's a pretty standard 250w head. so they gave me a 1/4 jack to speakon lead and I got the lot for £377, well chuffed with that.
  17. @Linus 27, you still have my best bass ever! After all this time I have never found a better one. A Teal and Maple Stingray. I still need it back
  18. Yes this was my bass, bought it new and the weight immediately killed it so it went to Harry. I've only just seen this thread today. Hats off to you Andy, that's an amazing conversion sir I have 2 new Harley Benton Stingray-alikes sitting in my loft bedroom gathering dust because they are boat anchors, one is the 2 pickup version. Fantastic sounding basses but no good to me. What kind of cost is involved in just removing weight without all the painting and cover making? Otherwise they'll be going up for sale.
  19. Another OBBM fan here, have 4 of them now and they're bombproof, just ordering another for my wireless kit....
  20. Pawel bought my SUB ray, fast easy transaction, great friendly comms, we kept in touch all the way. Brilliant transaction and a credit to basschat. Thanks Pawel. Tom.
  21. I've just looked as well, too heavy for my 72 year old back. GLWTS, awesome cab.
  22. Thanks again guys, I sent an email with a question and Chris answered it within minutes, can't ask for better than that. Shame it won't be here until next thursday but really looking forward to it. Does it come with the short cable to connect it to my Trace amp?
  23. Hi, are you sure the weight is correct? I have the cmd 151 1x15 combo and it's 20 lbs lighter than that. That's just a speaker cab. Any thoughts?
