  1. Here is my EHX organ machine, really good piece of kit, produces organ voices to most stringed instruments. It's quite bizarre plucking bass strings and hearing organ chords it's an excellent pedal in very good condition and includes the power supply. Comes boxed with paperwork, these are around £220 new so grab a bargin. Price is posted to UK.
  2. Just bought a pedal off Gary, good deal, excellent comm's, great guy to deal with. Does what he says. Can't get better than that. Thanks Gary, Tom.
  3. Man that is beautiful, I'd take your hand off but my old Stingray may be coming back up for sale so... We'll see.
  4. Well seeing as though it's sitting on my desk at the moment that will be difficult... As the post above yours says: 'NOW SOLD'
  5. Oh good grief, I can resist everything but temptation.....
  6. Just sold a lovely guitar to Russ, a fine gentleman who paid very quickly. Great communication and very friendly guy to boot. Deal with confidence folks, top fella. thanks Russ. Tom.
  7. Just watched Jack & Meg whiter do 7 nation army Live at rock am, here I thought wtf, but it's fascinating, the feedback, wow, for some reason I keep watching it. crazy.
  8. Well, another fine deal with Nick. Bought a Dimarzio pickup and it arrived quickly. Great comms as always, an absolute credit to Basschat, I'm always a bit nervous dealing with people I don't know but Nick makes you feel safe that way. Packaging was beautifully neat and well protected. Thanks again Nick.
  9. Outstanding, good job it has a rosewood board or I'd have been knocking on your door. GLWTS.
  10. Hi, I just want to commend Aidan for the work he has carried out on my recently bought USA P bass. When I got it I could hardly play it because the neck had high frets and was out of line. Aidan has fixed this and set it up to perfection with a low 'sensor touch' action, I can't put it down now. very quick turnaround and a very reasonable price too. Friendly and very knowledgeable Basschatter. Highly recommended! Thanks mate. Tom.
  11. Thanks very much again, good sound advice and I'm off to do some investigating. tom
  12. Thanks for that guys. I don't understand the technology behind this so I'm struggling, all I need to know is, who makes higher tension strings? where do Ernie Ball sit with their 45-105 sets? Or am I asking the impossible? cheers.
  13. Hi, How do I tell the difference between high and low tension strings? I use ernie ball hybrid slinky 45 - 105's and I don't know what tension they are. I like a low action and understand that I need higher tension strings for that? Can anyone give an example of HT strings please? or better still how to tell. There's nothing on the packet. TIA
  14. I think I'll leave it alone and standard, I have 6 other P's to gig with so not desperate yet......
  15. Yes, that's one of the reasons I didn't Richard, I did however do that very thing with my Chris Aiken Squier, sports a KiOgon loom now and with that slim neck I decided to keep it. Besides nothing is selling nowadays and I can't be bothered.
  16. Me too! pedals complicate things unless it's an EHX organ that i've just bought for use with a guitar...
  17. Just bought a Telecaster from Paul, great communication, was well boxed and secure. Very happy with my guitar and Paul is a great basschatter, recommended. cheers, Tom.
