1. Hey Bob, good to see you about again, how big was it again? The one that got away I mean I had one of these and they are great basses for the price.
2. I miss out on so many good basses because people won't post
3. I know Richard, someone mentioned a fretless for 120 shimblats, going to look at it now..... This'll probably end badly
4. Jules, you're a poet and you don't know it If you had hair on your chin you'd be a go it It's the way I tell 'em
5. I know, they are great basses. I won't cope with 4.5 kg sadly. When you said 3.9 I went and looked at the bank account to shuffle some loot about. Bugger as they say......
6. Come on guys and gals, someone needs this in their life. It's a superb bass.
7. I can attest to how good these are as I now own the one shown on Geofio's video, they are a cut above all others and your mad to sell it. I wouldn't let mine go for that money. Grab it before I buy another one.....
8. Thanks for that, having a think now, didn't expect it to be that lite.
9. I can only compare it to a precision and it holds up well to them. punchy and full. They do one with 2 pickups as well and it has the switch for £160 odd quid, bet it's awesome.
10. I love mine.
11. Just found this HB Musicman lookalike: This brilliant piece of awesomeness is a passive copy and wow I love it. There are 2 volumes and one tone and it's very controllable although to me, there isn't a lot of difference between the two sounds but then I'm a bit mutton. Plenty of power from the single MM style pickup and it weighs a reasonable 9 lbs. Fit and finish is as good as any other bass in the £500 - 600 range save for the fret edges which are not all perfect, that said, it took 10 minutes to sort. All in all superb value for £103 plus a tenner delivery... 12. Just met Chris tonight and sold him my Blue Precision. What a nice guy! Doesn't live far from me and we had a good chat about all things bass. A rerally good player too. Thanks Chris and I hope you enjoy the bass. tom.
13. Mine's a bit rare now....
14. Oh my goodness, is it the same shape at the back too? It's awful.
15.
Sorry, I can't really answer that as there are so many variables. What I would say is I usually drive it off the P pup, and it sounds like a smooth P with tone rolled off. There is a link to a GAK demo in the 1st post. I also came across this review by our very own Geofio https://www.youtube....h?v=1Zbgr7KB6wM
That youtub one is my very bass bought it off George. Mine is common? cheeky slut at least mine is mint
16. Fairly slim on these post 2012 models Mike, very easy to play even with my small hands.
