1. ***PLEASE NOTE*** I'm not interested in trades because I'm selling up due to a serious medical condition***** Here is the next one to be culled. It's a FSR Antigua Jazz bass. These are getting to be collectable now as they are beautiful powerful basses. This one has the pickup cover fitted and the bridge cover is in the case although it has been previously fitted. On my digital scales it weighs 9.9 lbs. This is a very reluctant sale but I have a brand new one I bought at the time they were released, I thought I could use this one but those plans have gone out of the window. It came in a generic hard case which I haven't the strength to get down from the loft at the moment but I will if it sells. Looking for what I paid for it and UK delivery is included. It will have the original straplocks refitted and the thumbrest will be refitted too above the E string. Pics: (It looks richer in real life)
 2. Thanks Karl, another lesson from my personal expert It is now sold and thanks for all the interest.
 3. Thanks Jono & karlfer, Mac I've replied to your PM.
 4. Thank you kind sir. I see from your list that you have excellent taste.
 5. Thanks Marc, I'm not sure what the neck is off originally, it's very well finished with no nasty edges and it's the straightest I've seen in a long time.
 6. One time reduction £185 delivered. My next bass is this lovely Ibanez SR300M, you can't buy this anymore with maple so this is quite rare. It's in as new condition with a great low action. Light as a feather too. Spec's: Features/Specifications:

Highly versatile electric bass with active EQ
Thinner neck with a thinner nut than traditional basses
Lightweight, balanced, comfort-contoured body
Active EQ's perfectly matched with the right choice of pickups
5pc SR4 Maple neck
Agathis body
Maple Fingerboard
Scale: 864mm/34 inch
Width at Nut: 38mm
24 Medium frets
Sealed die cast tuners
Chrome hardware
B100 adjustable bridge (19mm string spacing)
EXF-4F Neck Pickup
EXF-4R Bridge Pickup
Equaliser: Style Sweeper 3-band eq
Volume, Style Sweeper, Balancer and Treble/Bass Boost/Cut controls
The neck is very fast and easy to play. I wish I could keep these basses but there is no point, it'll just upset me. I'll change the straplocks back if it sells. No offers thanks, it's hard enough to do this. 7. Hi guys, here is my next bass for sale (there are several more) I had the black dirnt body with the star on the top bout and I discovered that I had a Squuier maple Telecaster neck that's arrow straight so I fitted it together. Along with some half decent tuners, some quality pots and a Seymour Duncan hot SPB-1 pickup this has turned into a really good bass with a very low action right along the neck. It sounds thunderous and is very easy to play. The bridge is a decent high mass jobby. Weight is 8.1 lbs, nut width is about 44mm. Can't go wrong for £175 with free UK delivery. 8.
S'ok, I've survived nearly 30 years of bass life without ever even touching a P-bass and I'm still intact
Your avatar says otherwise....
 9. When I had my shop I was glad if anyone came and asked for a box, we had to pay to tip them, GAK are making pocket money imo for the staff do. Maybe they give it to charity?
 10. Hiya folks, continuing my regretful sales with my Ashton 12 stringer, it's in great condition and works just as it should. No problems at all. Erm it has 12 strings, it's a guitar erm it's auditorium sized and you can plug it in. It cost me about £160 3 years ago so £95 seems about right. It's even got a built in tuner.. I'd prefer collection but if you want it posting it would be £10. I have a hard case that's new but we'd need to negotiate that. 11. Try a PM instead of bumping it, someone else might take an interest...
 12. Sounds like a compromise, I have a Chowny semi and it's great. I sold one or two Freshman acoustics in my shop, thankfully. I breathed a sigh of relief when they went. They were awful pointless things.
 13. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your kind words, I have more tests on Monday so I'll know more then.
 14. Hiya, this is a very reluctant sale, but it has to go. I bought this a while ago from Aero71 of this parish and it is the best Jazz I've ever owned/played, I mean that. It has Seymour Duncan SPB-3 pickups, a high mass bridge, quality tuners and a stunning candy orange finish. That neck, I think it's fabulous, so easy to play and a super smooth glossy finish. Like I say the best I've ever owned. It will come with a padded gigbag and delivery is included in the price which is non-negotiable. Sorry for being blunt but I've had a medical diagnosis which will end my playing very soon. There are a couple of very small marks but they really are insignificant.
