2. Can you put ON HOLD in the thread title please.
3. do you have an accurate weight please? and a pic of the back.
4. Thanks Chris, that explains it a bit more, sounds a bit like JV Squier syndrome I'll have a think and go from there.
5. Last bump, I'll keep it if it don't go this time.
6. Always wanted one of these, having looked into it it seems that the used dealers are around 2500 to 3k for a 'not very nice' looking used one, yours looks perfect, is it? Dawsons will sell you a new one for £2999, can anyone tell me why I shouldn't buy the new one? Sorry I'm trying to understand the market a bit before I dive in. cheers.
7. Who took the pics for you? If you did your skillz are gettin' real good matey Nice looking bass Karl, light too.
8. Hiya, this is our PSR295 keyboard, review here: http://www.ukpianos....k/yamaha-psr295 It's unmarked and in very good condition, I can't find the manual at the moment but I'll keep trying, there is a PDF online tho' comes with the PSU and sustain pedal. I think there are 100 voices, rhythms, transpose, 6 track sequencer etc' etc' delivery would be £9 extra. 9. Set of 4 Hipshot mini tuners, look very smart and ready to fit with screws. the threaded part is 13.7 mm as near as I can tell. £30 posted. pics: cheers.
10. Mike just bought my lovely Godin guitar and he's a great guy to deal with, paid extremely promptly with friendly comms. Credit to basschat, thanks Mike. Tom.
11. Thanks guys, really helpful. I just have to find some now...
12. I love these basses, I have a Jazz and a Precision Antigua, both are brand new and unused, the jazz still has the cellophane pockets on the tuners and pickups. I was thinking about buying yours so I could use one but the price is too high for me. The Fralins do that though. GLWTS
13. As title, I love the bass as it's very light but after a P bass it feels a bit lifeless and thin. What pickups would drop straight in and give it some clout at the bottom end? It's an active bass and currently bog standard pre amp wise. Thanks for any suggestions.
14. Like Richard said, your location would help??
15. Take on me was brilliant, well done! (nice bass btw, too many strings for me)
16. Brand new Dimension IV for £180! It's a really nice bass, low action, plays great. What's not to like?
17. I have a MB 151P combo for the main gigs I do and it's plenty powerful for most things, as a home/backup I have a Fender rumble 100w and that is exceptionally good for the smaller gigs and practices, plus it weighs nothing. win win for me. The phenominally heavy Trace Elliott that lives in the main church, well that's another story
