    Anyone know who sells the 5 hole bridge with threaded saddles? Can't seem to find one, or is there another bridge that has sideways adjustment? Can't afford a lot but there must be something out there... cheers.

    I'm 70 in July, my head is still 22 and cashing cheques my body cannot honour I play in a church band (lively) pay isn't amazing but it's a nice feeling, plus they don't throw anything

    Thanks chaps, much appreciated. Karl I have a Maruszczk P bass, got it about 3 weeks ago. Very muddy pickup + other stuff. not happy really , then I had this stroke thing. Gonna put one of John's looms and a Delano pickup in. very light tho'

    In the 60's we were looking for a girl singer to front our band, seekers=alike stuff and we went to this woman's house for a singalong tryout. when we met she said: do you know 'Life is just a bowl of cherries' in 5/4 time? we sort of looked at each other and said no so she sang: Life is just a bowl of f--k'n cherries.. oh how we laughed. she was too old really, good club voice though.
