1. Cheers Stephen, it's a beautiful instrument.
2. That is a thing of beauty, is that a posted price?
3. Bump. Quality ash body with Wilkinson hardware & pickups, I'm better off breaking it
4. Haha, another sucker that likes MX's good man, someone has to keep them going. Can post it for a tenner if you want.

Just bought some jazz pickups from Barrie and as many have said, he is a legend! Very good comms and extremely quick delivery, a true gent of the Basschat manor. Thanks Barrie. tom.
6. Bump, this is a bargain.
7. PM replied to. It's a hell of a deal, please don't be frightened off because it's cheap, you won't find better at this price point.
8. Pm replied to, no holes and can send for an extra £10
9. As title, Another stunner from Harley Benton shown here: http://www.thomann.d...tage_series.htm Same bass exactly and totally as new, my camera lens has packed in so I can't take any pics, sorry but it is the same as a new one. I don't lie about my descriptions as my feedback will show. £65 collected for a brand new bass that plays really well. Any questions you know where I am. cheers.
10. Hi all, this is my Harley Benton Jazz bass as bought from Thomann for £116 including delivery. The bass has just sat here since I bought it and as such is totally immaculate. I put it on a thread in Bass Guitars here: http://basschat.co.u...rr-benton-jazz/ For sale because once again I have too many basses and trouble is looming unless I get rid of some. So this is the first one, all Wilkinson hardware and pickups, low action and very playable. I want £90 for it please and I'd prefer collection but I'll deliver it for £95 all done. Pics: You won't be disappointed.
11. Ok needs to go so £350 delivered!
12. Karl...Karl... I hate to see this happening to a good friend... trouble is you have all these nice basses Agree about the maple board tho' if that helps? well maybe it won't
13. So, did you buy it then? I have a very nice Jazz in natural, maple........... nah not really.
14. What is the weight please?
15. Just buy a CV and an expensive amp with a few pedals, you'll never know the difference
16. Sorry but am I alone in thinking that modern fenders are for the most part excellent? Modern electronics and manufacturing technologies are surely better than then? Having tried both I think so.
17. I've dealt with Mark for several years now and have had some fantastic basses from him. Deal with confidence folks.
18. I tried one at Absolute music in Poole on holiday last year and was blown away with it. I'd have bought one if I had room in the car. In fact I will get one next week. (Why did you have to bring it up )
19. Just bought Mark's 77 VM Jazz, top man to deal with, fast, friendly & informative emails, kept me up to date every step of the way in true Basschat fashion I really am chuffed to bits with my new bass, it's so light and resonant with loads of grunt, perfect. Thanks very much Mark, I hope you're selling my next bass! Tom.
20. Yep, I now aboot 8 Precisions of varying types and I love all of them. They are all maple boards except one which is a 75 RI P/J with rosewood and blocks. Don't need all of them but..well.... ya know.....
