  1. I'm a Maruszczyk fanboi, and I'd say you're missing the point. Airbrushing doesn't help anyone.
  2. Not really, and it's back with its current owner. I'll see if I can grab it again. Here's some other general pics:
  3. FWIW, this isn’t an AiExpress job. It’s a UK custom build.
  4. This replica is exquisite. Great fun to play.
  5. A few folk have asked if one of these could make an appearance at the SE Bass Bash in September. I've spoke to Leszek, and it's looking like a possibility. Fingers crossed!
  6. Not cheap, but not silly expensive - 100w all-tube, and absolutely glorious:
  7. I’m not a fan either, but I’m not sure he cares what we think 😄
  8. But Ed is slightly better at writing songs people love and buy in their millions.
  9. I have no idea what you're talking about. *cough*
  10. Quite right. You've shown me up like a kipper.
  11. Assuming you're on a mobile, I'll save you the bother of tapping on the seller's name to view their profile. They're in Devon.
  12. I think if this were possible, Aguilar would have pulled the plug on the DB-751 a long time ago. Be prepared for disappointment, or at best, compromise.
  13. Here's a cut-out-and-keep guide to tort wot I made.
  14. Good luck. He's on holiday at the moment, I think..
  15. It’s does some magic feedback loop thing that I don’t understand the technicalities of. In a nutshell, quick changes between: 1. Bigger, thicker sound 2. ‘Normal’ 3. Tighter, slap-friendly
  16. I shifted my dearly-loved Walkabout because I wanted a little more headroom and clearer mids - the Handbox R-400 is, IMO, a Walkabout Plus. The WB-100 adds a different dimension. The Walkabout / R-400 is close, but there's nothing like a valve power stage.
  17. The Handbox WB-100 sounds right up your alley. You're welcome.
  18. If you're reading this, Paul... don't give up the day job.
  19. It's not really a P thing, I don't think. Basses just have a natural variance.
  20. ...it’s worth noting that all flats sound completely different new, compared to when broken in.
