  1. Would they perform better than Youtube content?
  2. I’m not sure a podcast would reach a large enough audience to justify it..?
  3. Nah, not worth 14 quid. Borrow it.
  4. It is. We're agreeing with you.
  5. You'll get lots of recommendations, but TKS S212 all the way for me. It sounds incredible, amazingly well built, and beautiful.
  6. Not Aliexpress. Dunno who Dale is.
  7. Aye - of all of them, it's the one I was most worried about. It was fine though - I was even able to enjoy it...!
  8. There's a drummer 'round our way who actually starts dismantling his kit during the last song. By the end of it, everything that can be unscrewed has been.
  9. Another dep with a band wot I've been depping with. Nice lads, and they play all the songs I grew up listening to, so it's nice to finally play them. I've done four or five with them now, so I'm getting confident enough to chip in with BVs now, too. Here's a clip of Cinnamon Girl:
  10. I'm glad prowla is around to save us all from oblivion.
  11. From what I've heard on other YouTube clips, the technical problems seem to follow him around...
  12. All over, but I guess 3:41 is a giveaway. Unless he possesses the ability to sing in steps...
  13. Here's another hack edit I did for the band I was depping with last night. Q4n out front (also providing the audio), Q2HD covering the drummer (poorly placed - lack of a flip-out screen is a problem here). It's canny for a quick job.
  14. Possible? It sounds like autotune took a s**t on it.
  15. Congrats. They're just marvellous cabs, aren't they?
  16. I tend to judge them on their ability to know when not to play. ha ha.
  17. ...was his solo a spoof..?
  18. Oh, nothing...
  19. I'm a big LZ fan, and never understood the Stairway fascination. That bombastic live version by Heart that did the rounds a while ago is properly hideous.
  20. Aye. It's tuneless, derivative, poorly played and entirely lacking in emotion or creativity.
  21. I'm just gonna leave this here...
  22. I did a couple of US tours with a band I was in in my late 20s. We were courted by Rounder Records, but before anything could happen a combination of band politics and 9/11 brought it all to a halt. They were great days (I know I sound like him out of Creme Brulee).
