*warning - predictable post alert* I'm through with Fender now. I got exactly what I wanted from Maruszczyk for around the cost of an off-the-shelf Fender. I reckon this gorgeous pair would have totalled £6000+ if I'd gone down the Fender CS route, and even then I probably wouldn't have had as much control over the spec.

I'll pick a bass up and plunk every day. Usually it's just noodling, but at the minute I've got loads coming up so it's more structured.

Your homepage needn't be cluttered, but for the sake of you, your visitors and Google, it needs: - Who you are - What you do - Where you're based - Are you any good? (a nice, big quote from someone) - Details of the next gig or two - A decent photo You should be able to say all this in not many words.

Unlike the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park, which looked and sounded like dinosaurs, but still seemed a little bit lightweight. Still, given that it was difficult sourcing real dinosaurs, they were a decent compromise.

I'm still totally in love with this amp. I've done a couple of big gigs recently, and the FOH have complimented the DI both times, without any prompting. And it's just sounded glorious on stage with no tweaking whatsoever. Here's a clip from one of the gigs - bass is just DI'd from the head. Cheers, all! Yep, they're great songs, and Rod's bass parts are so much fun to play. Ray is on of those drummers who is a joy to play with - everything he does is for a reason. Mrs. WoT isn't fussy on mics - I'm not sure what was used in the clip, but usually an SM57 or similar does that trick.

I did a couple of gigs with a red Jake - P only - that briefly belonged to Warwickhunt, now owned by another pal of mine who has gigged it relentlessly since. It's was beautiful - complete quality. The neck was very similar to a standard P.
