^^^ that's all good to hear. One of the main issues I had with my cabs was the use of MDF, meaning some of the joints weren't great. Bear in mind this is a number of years ago now, so hopefully that's a thing of the past!

It's dreadful. But so is everything before and after it...

Of course - the main point of interest for me was how a chambered featherweight PJ can compare to a stock P. The age gap was immaterial, really.. it was just a bit'o'fun.

I knew they were similar, but I was surprised they're as close as they are, given that the Jake is chambered and has the J in the circuit (albeit dialled out), and the P has 40-year-old magnets in the pickups. Love 'em both, but the Jake goes with me to gigs these days.
