    It's been mentioned a million times before, but: A spiteful person with a bee in their bonnet and lots of money to burn can make your life a misery fairly easily, regardless of who's in the right.

    ...I should add that the video in that clip is a crop of the original frame, 'cos the camera was off-centre. The original frame is about a third bigger.

    There's nothing nice about getting legal threats. Even if you're certain you're in the right, an opponent with lots of money and a bee in their bonnet can make your life a stressful misery. If BC has to take measures like it has to be free of the threats, then so be it. There's only one party to blame, and it isn't BC.

    I've got my main fretted and fretless P's, which I've had over ten years now. I have a slot for a third bass, which is a 'guest'. I just like basses. I like the look of them. And as I mentioned earlier, it satisfies the 'what if?' in me.

    I agree that Roqsolid covers are very basic - they protect against knocks and scratches, and that's it. But.. IME they do that job well, with good service t'boot. Sorry to hear the OP has had a problem. Frankly, I'm amazed as their reputation is usually pretty solid. I hope you get it sorted.
