If it was me, I'd say that the bassline to Dream Theater's 'The Dance of Eternity' was a bit of a slag to play because of general all-over-the-place-ness.
Yeah a lot of DT stuff is very challenging, it's good to give it a go and see if you can keep up though. My favourite for that is probably Instrumedley.. lots to do there.
2. Great issue. Is it a coincidence that the weekend warriors are always Basschatters ? :brow:
3. Hooray for the RBX .
4. Never seen anyone with one. I think from a practical point of view they're a bit of a pain, a 115 and 210 cab would be the same power handling but easier to carry/transport. If that isn't a problem then go for it !
5. You shouldn't have been so slow to make your mind up ! http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=18535
6. I've got one for review at moment, should be putting it up this week. Nice bass - not really suited to me but it sounds good.
7. You would imagine or you would know ?
8. I know it.. I live 2 miles from it and drive down it every day .
9. Meh - I've got 3 at the moment and if I got another it'd likely be unnecessary. The Stingray/Jazz combo can do a hell of a lot and anything else i'd get would likely mimic one of their sounds but possibly be a 5/6 string (which I don't need). People who have dozens of basses I feel are simply hoarding and can't possibly use them all.
10. Interesting.. I shall make enquiries.
11. I think everyone is skint.. I know I am. If I had the cash i'd have off you in a flash.
12. Bandwidth isn't the problem either..
13. It's the forum database software crashing - it'll affect everyone trying to access the site when the problem is in effect. phatmonkey knows the details..
14. Yeah I let ped know and I assume he told phatmonkey who fixed it .
15. I'd stick it on top of the 410 for sure. Some will argue you want 15's on the floor and 10's at head height, but I don't think it'll really matter a great deal. Having the cab on top of the combo could make it a little unstable also..
16. Only John Myung and people at NAMM I reckon. I don't think they're in production just yet..
17. Looks like carbon blue pearl to me.

19. Go to your Control Panel, left hand menu 'Manage your attachments'. I've now idea how you could have used all the space though .
20. Try putting some pics on here - always helps sell a bass .
21. You can get Stingrays as standard H, but now also HH and HS. Same applies to the SR5, Bongo and Sterling.
22.
Oops, missed that! The C is still going to fall off the edge of the fingerboard. And that bottom horn will dig into your leg!
Join a band and play standing up .

Eastcoast are basically rebranded Stagg - so any Stagg you see will be from the same place .
24.
While writing this epistle, I remembered looking at the site Nissan set up for the Qashqai car...this was some time ago (they've changed it since, but this is still way better). That's how options should be shown. Nissan Site
Websites are very expensive to develop - and you can almost guarantee Nissan have an in-house team to do it all for them. Musicman are a relatively small company in the grand scheme of things, even Fender (biggest guitar company in the world ?) don't have every colour combination on their site.
