  1. Sandberg California VM5 for sale. It has a replacement neck and I bought it from a fellow BCer a few years back so I do not know its year of manufacture. Plays really well and as was my No 1 gigging bass for a few years. It has noticeable wear and tear which can be seen in the pics. My one and only reason for sale is that it is a little heavy for my elderly shoulders. At 10.6 lbs though it is no monster. prefer collection from Clevedon M5 jct 20. Ian

  2. OK. I'll look into the shipping costs when I'm back home on Monday if you're happy with that.
  3. Hi Dan Yes it's still available.
  4. Sadly cannot justify keeping this as I rarely gig now. This is a lightweight, extremely versatile, class D amp in excellent condition. It has gigged maybe a dozen times and I have had it from new. Weight including Gator case is 7.1kg. Ian
  5. Had this cab from new. Has been gigged regularly and there are therefore small signs of wear and tear but it is still a great sounding loud cab that can handle just about anything. 700w 4ohms 60cmx40cmx40cm 18kg Ian

  6. I have used these extensively but I no longer play large enough venues to justify keeping them given that I need to create some space. 1212L 800w 4ohms 19kg 60cmx40cmx4cm 1210L 700w 4ohms 18kg 60cmx40cmx40cm Both have signs of wear and tear but this is mainly caused by the rubber feet affecting the paint when they have been stacked. These are seriously loud and I am reluctantly letting them go. Ian

  8. Hi Do you know how much it weighs? I've already got a VM5 but it's a back breaker. Ian
  9. Dm'd a couple of hours ago. Did you receive it? Ian
  10. Hi. Do you know the weight please? Ian
  11. Hi Do you know what it weighs? I have an older version I use as my main gigging bass it is quite heavy.
  12. That's a possibility. What do you propose?
  13. I'm selling my trusty Jazz as I'm using 5 strings all the time now and it's just not getting played. I bought it on this forum some years ago and although it has been gigged a lot it's in great condition as you can see from the pics. The two small blemishes on the headstock are all I'm aware of. It comes with a Fender hard case and a Fender strap which was supplied with the bass but has never been used. I'm based in Clevedon near Bristol if anyone wants to come round and try it out.
  14. Yes. I thought I had edited the post but it seems haven't. Sorry Hammer
  15. No I've not had in on eBay.
  16. Manufactured in 1980 I've has this bass since 2001 and it was my main gigging bass until 2008 but I only use it at home now so it needs someone to look after it and use it regularly. It has loads of tonal options and an active/passive switch . It is strung with groundwound/halfround strings and there is a little wear of the fingerboard but given the age of the bass it is in good shape. There is one major ding on the body under the jack which was like that when I got it. This is not a light bass however and one of the reasons for sale is it is pretty heavy at just over 11lbs. I don't have a case for it so it would be best collected from North Somerset. Ian
  17. Surplus to requirements so must go. Ian
  18. Great amp with so many tone shaping options. 750 watts at 4ohms 1000 watts at 2ohms I bought this from a basschatter a few years ago and it has served me very well. At 19 lbs its pretty lightweight but I need the cash for a new cab so it has got to go. Based near Bristol. Rack ears included in sale. I have added a fan, on the recommendation of EA, to ensure it doesn't get too hot when I run it through my two 4ohm cabs but that is just extra insurance and you can remove it easily. Ian
  19. Hi everyone This must go so if you are in Bristol you can collect it for nothing. Hammer
  20. We are moving so want to minimalise the gear we take with us so this is up for sale. It's a 1980s 1×15 combo bass amp. Seen lots of wear and tear but it has been in a cupboard for a few years and is not going to get used any time soon. One of the handles is missing and the input is a little crackly but given its age it deserves a good home. I am based in Bristol and the buyer would need to collect.
  21. Hi. Do you know the weight?
  22. A any idea how much it weighs?
