  1. Check out the Markbass 4x10. Light and easy to transport (and I'm selling one - used but as new) Ian
  2. Still available Ian
  3. I am currently using 2 8ohm Markbass cabs (STD 104HF and STD 151HF) with my Aggie DB750 and I am very happy with the tone I get but I have put them up for sale as with the smaller venues I am now playing I am finding I dont use the 1x15 except in rehearsal. One thing is for certain I'll never get rid of the Aguilar DB750 - smoothest sound and simple to use. Ian
  4. Bump again.
  5. I am based in Swindon Ian
  6. [attachment=11301:house_and_bass_cab.jpg] Markbass 104HF for sale. Now at £400 ono. There are no marks or scratces on it. It has only been gigged a few times. Ian
  7. If you do decide to sell instead of swap I'd be interested. I'm looking for two 4 ohm 1212L's. But I'd start off with one! Ian
  8. The G&L is now sold too. That just leaves the Ibanez. Ian
  9. Thanks mikeh. Looks like a good call. I've checked out the website and they do look good value and extra long scale. Ian
  10. I know how choosing strings is such an individual thing but I have just bought a Lakkie DJ5 and am thinking about changing the strings. Never having had a 35'' scale, string through body bass before a bit of advice would be better than spending a fortune going through trying out all the options. The bands I'm in play covers in pubs and at functions which is why I went for the jazz sound and I don't get through strings too quickly so cost is not so much of a problem. If anyone has any suggestions for strings as a starting point I'd be grateful. Ian
  11. Stingray has now gone to a very good home. Ian
  12. The 'Ray is sold pending payment. The others are still available. Ian
  13. The 'Ray and the G&L are both in excellent condition. The Ibanez does have wear and tear but plays really well. No issues with any of them - they just do not get used any more and I would like to get my hand on some cash. The Stingray and the G&L would be about 650 GBP and the Ibanez 220 GBP. Ian
  14. I lied. THIS is the last bump!!
  15. Just bought a DJ5 from Nick yesterday. Nice guy. The whole transaction went without a hitch and the bass is immaculate. Highly recommended. Ian
  16. Going on ebay soon - last bump Ian
  17. Yeah may have to consider ebay but I'll bump it again first Ian
  18. Bump again Ian
  19. Cannot believe nobody is interested. Still available. Ian
  20. Bump. Still up for sale. Ian
  21. I am based in Swindon and it is 34 inch scale. Ian
  22. [attachment=3441:stingray..._g_l_009.jpg][attachment=3442:stingray..._g_l_014.jpg] I put this up for sale a few weeks ago and got some interest but no firm offers so here goes again. It really is in very good condition and is very versatile in its range of tones. It comes with a hard case. I'd be looking for about 600GBP for it. Ian
  23. I've been away for a couple of weeks so this is a good excuse for a final bump. That looks like a stunning Stingray but I prefer the wider string spacing on the G&L so I'd have t decline your offer. Ian
  24. Last chance to make a sensible offer before I withdraw these Ian
