NOW SOLD! Thinning the collection down: Here’s a vintage in great working condition. I got this as it is and have kept and used it for a few years with both double/upright and electric bass on gigs and at home but now sadly it has to go where it’s going to be hopefully cared, used and appreciated! They were very expensive back in the day and the standard for double bass players (I seen them with the great Ron Carter in the flesh). Now many more small combos exist and even newer versions of this but these can sometimes sound very digital and the newer versions didn’t seem to be as reliable. •Read details carefully please: Previously owed by a friend, fellow bass player and engineer, it was cared and modified by him. *The speaker is not the original. I’m not sure what it is but certainly handles the low end better and is warmer than the original (which blew up). *A tweeter pair with an on/off switch has been added (barely seen easily removed but I left it and did use it especially with electric bass for slap or other music genres that need the extra top end sizzle). Can be switched off if necessary. * Top handle was replaced for safety and reliability. Other than that, all else original as far as I know and can see. Great sound and sturdy build (metal case) in a combo format, it’s very portable and great size for the small to medium gigs or at home as a ‘proper professional practice’ and not a ‘convenient cheap combo’ (see what I did there? 😎). 150 watts, 4 ohm with 12” speaker (and tweeters). Collection from Aylesbury offered for trials/piece of mind and safety. Shipping possible at buyers’ cost.

(NOW SOLD) Gator G-PG-BASS Pro-Go Ultimate Bass Guitar Gig Bag. Bought just before 1st lockdown. No gig then, so hardly any use. In very good condition but there are slight signs that a bass has been in there…(hopefully you can see with pics). Solid, secure, professional, versatile gig bag. Long enough to fit most basses (and bottom padding can be removed for even longer axes). *Edit: reason for sale, it’s not being used as I am varying between a thinner (not as good bag) to fit into my SKB bass safe and a double gig bag. Cost me £99. Fair to ask for £75 collected? Or a halfway meet (within reason from Aylesbury)? If postage needed it will be a courier job but we can work something out I’m sure….

So…. 3.25” at the widest points 2.25” at the narrow points The wide area sits on the shoulders luckily but because of the thickness it’s comfortable all through the length!

Put together by myself in a series of straps made over lockdown in search of the ultimate (without the silly prices I see online). *I can’t keep them all so here goes….* - Riveted, stitched and glued for maximum reliability, stability and comfort. - Max length is 45” - 3.25” (widest), 2.25” (slimmest) - Solid leather with inner padding. - Metal rivets covered with felt to avoid scratching. - Note: better curl or leave on bass in gig bag as it would not bend flat to pack away (Solid leather as stated and seen in pics) see pics and ask away Price includes UK postage

Now £425 posted to UK. Remarkable way to have synth tones without a keyboard synth! Boss has nailed it! I’ve decided to replace this as well so now sadly it also has to go. Great effect from great brand and does what it says on the tin. Used but works perfectly and is one of the best options for synth duties without having to install MIDI pickups etc on your instrument. Tracks accurately and thus has loads of tones for the versatile musician. Includes original power supply and box. Price also includes postage to the UK.
