    REDUCED TO £180 BARGAIN Ashdown ABM 500 orginal British made version. Great rock amp built before they made them abroad with cheaper components. Good working condition. Bad bits the corner protectors are scuffed a bit but thats what they're for. Pick up near Barnsley but I work in Dewsbury and travel around a bit so may be able to deliver

    I sold my other one of these on here last week and have decided to sell the 2nd cab. trace elliot 2 x 10 200w bass cab £100 no trades. Carpet covered very good condition. I bought 2 of these new around 12 years ago from Electro Music and were used in a folk band i was in at the time. Since then has been used in the house. Pick up near Barnsley may be able to deliver locally

    Marshall power brake £120 For those guitarists with those stupid loud valve amps. Why not buy them one off these so they can run there amp flat out and then turn the volume down with this so you can hear your bass again

    Thanks for all the opinions. Just had 1st rehearsal with the new rig and very happy with it. Went for the the gallien krueger 1001, a great match with the eden. Even the guitarists like it

    I love the orange amps but not for what I doing. Think I'll try out the gallien Kruger, the guy from Chic uses on with a eden cab so could be a good match. I can tell I've not been in the market for amps for a few years, I've never heard of Tecuma. I feel a trip down south coming on to search out some to try. Thanks for the ideas

    I found myself in the position of buying a new bass rig. I've tried and settled on a Eden XLT 4x10 cab. What are the collective thoughts on an amp to power it as it 700w cab. Also do I go 4 or 8 ohm. The obvious choice would be the eden wt800 and a 8ohm. Anyone any other recomendations i should look at. I've had Ampeg svt-4 (wasn't impressed all weight and no go) I've also had a ashdown abm500 which was great but I fancy a change. So what would complement and drive properly a 700w XLT 4x10. Opinions from XLT owner to be highly appreciated. Cheers

    Cheers for the feedback, The amp is a ashdown abm 500 so no crossovers to worry bout. One of the speakers has had a recone by wembley speakers so ptential that could be it.

    IAny 410xlt owners out there. I've just bought a second hand xlt and I'm not sure if there is a issue with it or not. It seems a low to medium volume i can only hear 2 of the speaker making sound then as the volume increases the other speaker start working. Other than that it sounds great. Is this normal and some quirk or is there any issue with it. I cant figure out what sort of fault it could be it is. Cheers
