There's a few builders over the years that have seemingly great products but seem to fall completely over when it comes to customer service and delivering on promises, or even just communicating regularly! A few of us here fell foul of a builder, Letts not name names, and it all got very bitter. Luckily after sending a letter before action most of us got made whole. I sincerely hope you do get your money back!

Bought my 4th item from Alan! Yet again a great person to deal with, exceptionally honest about condition, always very happy when something I want/fancy is being sold by Alan, I know I'll get a nice and easy transaction! Russ.

Another terrible website... I set the filter to 'stock' only to weed out the 'sold', and set the 'No. Of Strings' to 6 and 7. The return was 9 bass, 5 of which had 'sold' written above them... what's the point in setting a filter to weed out sold units if still over 50% of the returns are sold!

This was recorded nearly 10 years ago, but it's gives you an idea of how I tend to play him. (Back when I was 110lbs heavier!)

Yup, 34" scale. Tuning is F#, B, E, A, D, G, C, F, A#, D# I do play a good amount of tap style, but he does plays great (if not a bit heavy) with a 'regular' playing style.

🤣 That would likely be my guitarist! Such immature people those 'tarists!

Try going from a 10 string to a 4 string! I have 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 string basses as well as 6, 7 and 12 string guitars... Purely to help with effortless switching of course, it's a sacrifice, but I was willing to make it. 😆

These are actually very reasonable cables... £6.99 is definitely cheap. Might grab me a few!

Hi all, I'm selling one of my Crafter 30th Anniversary Edition acoustics (don't worry, I have another!) These are absolutely fantastic instruments with top notch craftsmanship. This is a solid wood guitar, it has a spruce top and bubinga back and sides with a very detailed and rather beautiful inlay up the neck and 12 'moons' around the sound hole. I'm a bit of a Crafter addict (currently have 14 of them) as the build quality is always excellent on these higher series and special edition models. They punch way above their weight. It's a Korean made instrument, it has a few marks on it, nothing major. The one point to note is a small crack at the very bottom of the guitar where the back wood meets the binding closest to the bottom strap pin. It's stable and would probably have gone under the radar, but always worth being honest! It's plays really very well, it's been recently set up with new strings (literally yesterday) so is ready to go! Comes with a very secure hard case too. £250 including delivery with the UK or £240 collected from Wickford, Essex.

Two 32nd Anniversary Edition Crafter 'Twin Birds'. I also have 2 identical 30th Anniversary Edition 'Moonlight' Crafters. As well as another 10 very similar but all slightly different Anniversary and non-Anniversary Crafters...

How did you pay? Have you got an ability to speak to your bank? At this stage you could easily consider this fraud. Perhaps take to their social media channels too, at first to remind them you're awaiting a response, and then perhaps to warn others of the theft you've experienced - I say theft because at this stage that's basically what it is - they've taken you're money, not provided any service and are refusing to return it. I hope you get some success put of this...
