  1. I see them as chrome balloons, like the ones you make balloon animals out of.
  2. Kalium might... I never use flats on anything so not too sure!
  3. If you got Neil at Newtone Strings to make a BEADG set for it, then I'm certain it will be fine with a B.
  4. You've shattered my universe...
  5. A bass bass. Actual taxidermied bass in a bass... some kind of inception type bass bass.
  6. RUN!!! The fun police are here!! 🚔 🚓 👮‍♀️ 🚨 👮‍♂️
  7. My old 97 Fiesta could fit 2 Markbass Classic 410 cabs, a 4U rack, a double gig bag with an 8 string and a 6 string bass in it and a diago Tourman pedal board. Oh, and me! Bit of a squeeze but the boot closed!
  8. Me and the wife have a Kuga PHEV each. Great cars, an absolute ton of boot room and you get 40-50 pure battery zero Co2 miles before the petrol engine kicks in.
  9. Any chance of a photo of the full front of the headstock and the label in the sound hole?
  10. Slacken the strings - extreme cold may contract the strings and set a warp in the neck.
  11. These are massively underrated bits of kit... I actually have two of these myself, one downstairs for occasional bass playing but mostly for music listening, and one in my little upstairs studio/office that I use for hours daily for music and for webex meetings etc. (currently using as we speak). The sound quality of these for audio playback is exceptional, if you buy it purely as a Bluetooth audio device for Spotify etc you'll not have wasted your money. But as the seller says, it can be used as an Audio Interface, a wireless practice amp and you can have three instruments and a backing track running at the same time. £150 is a steal. Absolutely love mine. Rant over.
  12. Make him buy a Kemper. Problem solved. You can set up hundreds of different amp/cab/effects combinations and assign them to a single stomp. So all he'd need to do is hit one stomp to change between entire set-ups.
  13. I was tempted to do just that myself if I'm honest... Hoping it's gone to someone who will genuinely play it!
  14. That is wrong sir. It is a spalt top for sure! Must be either an error on the Fodera website or an error in the serial number.
  15. Give me the JP6 and the Thumb 6 and throw the rest in the bin. I shall then answer your question!
  16. I've fixed all of your basses for you.
  17. Be wary of Bax... they are very hit and miss with fulfilling orders, particularly discount ones. Be prepared for a painful battle to get your money back of they can't/don't fulfill your order.
  18. This was mine up until a month or two ago, it is an astonishing little bass! Plugged in you wouldn't know its anything other that an awesome sounding bass. If I had the money I'd buy it back!
  19. @Hellzero, @tauzero, There is only one way to resolve this... BATTLE OF THE ZEROS!!! (Spock vs Kirk rules).
  20. I think it's really a fretless, err, thing... that someone has attempted to fret with some kind of chicken wire.
  21. The seller managed to take 3 photos of their other auctions, so why only 1 photo of what might be the higher value item? Red flags everywhere!
  22. Firewood or useable? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/electric-bass-viol-/165056438972?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286&mkrid=710-127635-2958-0
