For sale is a Tecamp 1x12 bass combo and a Tecamp 1x12 bass cab. The combo is the older looking style as you can see from the picture. Both are in excellent condition and sound great. The combo was serviced 2 years ago so it's in full working order. It's never let me down and only been played in the house. I would like to sell both the combo and cab together and as a collection only sale. Thanks

For sale is a fantastic 2008 Peavey USA Cirrus bass. The bass is in excellent condition. Its a 35 inch scale bass with a beautiful birds eye maple fingerboard and tiger eye quilt top. Satin gold Hipshot tuners and ABM bridge. It has the millennium preamp with bass, treble, sweepable mids, volume and pickup pan. Two Peavey VFL hum bucking pickups which give out no hum or hiss. Active 18volt preamp. Comes with a Peavey hard case which has a few scuffs but overall in great condition. String with DR Sunbeams. Looks great and sounds even better. Not looking for trades at this time thanks. Would also prefer a collection only sale. It's a great opportunity to own a really great underrated bass.

Back in March I was lucky enough to purchase a Peavey USA custom shop Cirrus. This bass is amazing in both construction, playability and tone. I'm a huge Fender fan or I was till I bought this!! It just plays wonderfully well and sounds fantastic. Better than any US Fender including the custom shop!!

Especially the tone from that Jaco Pastorius fretless bass that Ged used on Malignant Narcissim.

Like WoT I was gonna buy the new R40 dvd but after hearing the audio I don't think I'll go ahead with it. Poor Geddys voice just makes it quite rough to enjoy IMHO. The bass playing and sound is great tho. To anyone who has heard the audio of R40 is there a duff note or chord at the start of Far Cry??

I've had a G&L ASAT for a few years now and it's a superb bass. Build and finish is impeccable and the neck is a joy to play. It may be slightly neck heavy but a really good strap gets rid of that. Its really a very versatile bass. If you haven't already have a look at the Facebook G&L website for some cracking photos of their guitars and basses. I've got GAS for a semi hollow ASAT and a LB100.

Apparently Fender had a supply problem sometime in the 70s therefore big leaf maple was used instead.

Yes I think it's on its 4th refin. Fender have even used maple as the body for the bass just like Steves which was used back in the 70s by Fender. That's what adds the weight to the bass. It's got a wonderful thick neck and for anyone dubious about the Made in Mexico Fenders the fit and finish of this bass is excellent.

Got one too and I love it. I'm not interested in football so the white west ham logo doesn't bother me. It plays really well and I think it looks great. It's a signature bass that gets you as close as possible to Steves own axe. That's why Fender released it with the West Ham badge on it so its identical to Steves favourite bass!

I usually use Strings Direct but Amazon had the strings a bit cheaper.

Hi Guys How many of you buy bass strings from Amazon? Is there any danger of the strings not being genuine or is that more confined to sellers on E Bay? Thanks
