I never thought I'd see the day when somebody considered a musical arrangement to be "woke", but here we are.

There's always this... I used to rely on the boiling method as a poor teenager, no pans ruined! It gave enough zing to get me through a gig but with the amount of noise we used to make back then it probably didn't make a lot of difference. I think it's worth spending extra on some high quality strings, they generally last a lot longer. I've used DRs for years and I usually get 6 months out of them.

Same here. I was so impressed with my Bass VI - in pink, no less - that I took a punt on a 50s Precision. Then got another. And another.

I think Load's a great album. Far too long, as is their wont, but a great bass sound for once. Reload is the stuff not good enough for Load and it shows. Rubbish bass sound too.

They remain five of the biggest bands/artists in the world today, so not everybody hates them!
