This happened to me a few months ago. I ordered an amp that ended up coming from Germany, despite no indication being given when I placed the order. Big delays in getting it sent out and not much help from main office when I called them. Filling out the customs document to return it wasn't much fun. Amazingly I didn't get stung with extra charges either way.
