That happened to me - I had to return an amp to Germany. I rang the shop and asked if I could return it to Romford but they said no. I had to fill in a considerable customs document that made absolutely no sense to someone that has never had any dealings with such things, but to DV247's credit they provided an 'idiot's guide' and I managed to return it without further problems, or, amazingly, extra charges.

This happened to me a few months ago. I ordered an amp that ended up coming from Germany, despite no indication being given when I placed the order. Big delays in getting it sent out and not much help from main office when I called them. Filling out the customs document to return it wasn't much fun. Amazingly I didn't get stung with extra charges either way.
