    That bass solo doesn't sound like a standard Dano Longhorn to me, definitely a 6 string bass variant to my ears. My Squier VI sounds very similar, but I have read Glenn Campbell borrowed Carol Kay's 6 string Dano bass for that solo. It could have been one of these.

    This is a massive non-issue. Not everyone is as experienced and knowledgeable as others. Where better to ask advice on pedals than on a (hopefully) friendly facebook group?

    I bought Mark's Tone City Golden Plexi pedal, it arrived the next day and I now sound like John Wetton so I'm very pleased. Cheers Mark!
