1. to heavy im afraid... i had a 1x15 and it weighed quite a bit... i would imagine a 4x10 would be even worse!! Thanks anyway...
ebs proline 4 x10 and im in great yarmouth sat on a gig many thanks
2. I have a Tecamp S210 cab in excellent condition i am looking to trade... basically, this is a 4 ohm version and i would like to add another cab so i need 2 x 8 ohm cabs to allow my amp to run at 4 ohms.... not sure why i didnt think of this in the first place!! So... i am really looking to trade this lovely cab for an 8 ohm version... i know thats a bit of a long shot so am happy to consider other trades for similar cabs - must be lightweight and preferably neo speakers, 8 ohm and in a 2 x 10 format... although i will consider other configs... main thing is 8 ohm and lightweight... I am really looking for a pair of EBS Neo 1 x 12's (im aware i wont get a pair swapped for one Tecamp 2x10!) The tecamp is a lovely cab - on its own with my Shuttle 6 its surprising how much bottom end it delivers, handles my 5 string no problem. Adjustable horn control, speakon connection, basically as per the web site... i will get some pics up if there is some interest but it looks pretty much brand new... If i were to sell (which i may consider) i would let it go for around the £350 mark... GAK have them for £779 at the moment... it has done only a handful of gigs, never pushed, (we use IEM so stage volume is always minimal..) so im sure will give someone many years of service. Feel free to throw ideas at me... Cheers!
 3. I surely did.... Top guy and a pleasure to deal with! Cheers Adam!
http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?s=&sho...st&p=841840 Carl said something nice about me too.
5. Hi everyone - my DB is in dire need of some TLC... i completed a show recently and it was such hard work - the action needs lowering and the bridge needs to be shaved (i think) plus a good check over! I live in Gt Yarmouth on the east coast - does anyone know anyone in the near vicinity who they can recommend??? If not... a bit further afield??? Dont mind travelling as long as the right person does the job!! Anyone??
 6. tell me about it! amount of times i see stuff i wanna look at up north defies belief! Cheers mate...
MB1. Hi Carl! ..."If Only you Lived LOCALLY!" BUMP!
7. bump with some edits...
 8. Relisted due to a BC'er wasting my time!!! Would like to see this gone quick... any interest???
 9. still for sale... you interested????
This still for sale?!
10. no probs... thanks for the interest!
Cheers! Good answer. I've certainly got this cab on my "short list", but I'm off to Scotland tomorrow for a few days and won't have access to the web... Will see if it's gone (as it should be at this price!) by the time I get back...
11. A combo of my Overwater Progress deluxe and warwick corvette 5 string... to be honest, it doesnt really lack top end at all, i guess i just always had 2 x 10's and got used to the sound... not only that, we generally use IEM and am moving away from backline as well, so am deciding what to keep... i have a 2x10 already which i used in conjunction with the 1 x 15 so i guess its a case of not needing both and keeping the one i would use more... the 2 x 10! I guess i was making assumptions about a 1 x 15 not having as much top (although i guess i mean upper mid punch) as a 2 x 10, as i never used the 1 x 15 on its own, only as part of the rig... saying that, knowing EBS stuff, i doubt it would lack any top end really... Hope this helps. I guess its all about context in terms of what you want from a cab really - although i can be sure that whoever buys this wont be disspoainted...
I'm quite interested in this cab - and yes, it is a great price! One thing that concerns me though is that you imply that it has a lack of top-end? Even with the tweeter?? That seems odd... What bass do you play through it?
12. sure is... should have put that in the initial listing... apologies!
Is this the 4 ohm version?
13. Back to the top again - will let this go for a firm £200 plus £15 postage...
back up for sale after initial sale fell through... any takers???
14. Peavey PV8 12 Channel Mixer in very good nick, only 1 or 2 tiny marks... home studio use only - now surplus to requirements £60 posted - complete and boxed as new...
 15. EBS Proline 2000 series 1x15 with horn - bought from RockinBassMan for £250 and im just looking to get some money back so a firm £200... As i am downsizing to just one cab, i need something with more top end so i am moving back to a 2x10... an excellent cab, minor scuffs on the plastic corners but thats what they are for! - loads of power and that classic EBS mid punch sound - these cabs are retailing at £555 in the Gallery so this is a bargain! Postage will be £15 by courier (posted and insured through a friends drum shop!) Any questions... get in touch! check the link...EBS for more info - rest assured - this is a great cab!
 16. 6 way XLR 15 meter multicore - brand new and never used. bought for an install in a church but wasnt needed... not a massively expensive one so cannot be bothered to send it back. Currently about £35 on the thomann website... and dont wanna lose to much so £25 to anyone... postage may be expensive as it is quite heavy so collection is preferred... should be £10 ish to post
 17. another bump... back to the top...
 18. another bump... any interest??? will look at reasonable offers....
 19. thanks for the positive comments guys.... hopefully someone will read them!!! Regards
I've got a bl**dy Overwater but every time I take my Tribute out (because its worked its way to the front of the heap) it's a case of "Oooh! Like this". They really are VERY good.
20. G&L Tribute L-2500 series 5 string bass... pretty much in as new condition.... Bought from Detune Jazz on BC as new and only done a few gigs... having a bit of a clear out to make room for some new purchases (already made unfortunately!!) A lovely bass with a huge range of both active and passive tones - smooth jazzy tone to a stingray with oomph... No case im afraid although i could muster a basic gig bag to throw in with the bass... not much else to say im afraid, feel free to ask any questions. People who own these basses all comment on how good they are for the money, kicks mexican fenders well into touch! A firm £350 for this please - will now look at offers!... no trades although if anyone has a Schroeder 1212L i could look at a deal with cash your way... Postage - i can post but would prefer collection as i dont have a hard case for it... Great Yarmouth area. Postage will be £20 with extra insurance via courier.
 21. last price drop before i withdraw it from sale... any takers??
 22. Selling my copy of Apple Logic Studio 8 as i have moved to Pro Tools and just dont use it! Was bought with a educational discount a few months ago and used to do one project... it is a full retail version (not a lite version...) although i cant remember how much it was... £140 - £150 ish i think so just trying not to lose too much money on it. There are no restrictions on re-selling so anyone can take advantage of this bargain. Check the Apple site to see what is included but there is over 40GB of content included on about 6 DVDs... packaged as new in the original box and complete with manuals... the box contains about 6 or 7 manuals so the package is quite heavy and will cost about £10 to post via royal mail. In the Great Yarmouth area if you want to inspect and collect....
