6. ^^ Tuesday Bump ^^ I promise you this bass is something rather lovely. Go on, you know you want to
7. Not worries JassBass. It is a beaut and if I wasn't so hard n to my Vigier, i'dbe keeping it but, I just cannot justify owning it while it just sits in the case. Thanks mate 🌟
8. I am selling a beautifully conditioned, gorgeous 2010 Musicman Bongo 5H in Eqyptian Smoke with 3 band EQ. The string spacing is a super comfortable 17.5mm. I bought this 6 months ago because I love them so much. It plays wonderfully, sounds huge but, it's not my Vigier. Consequently, it is just sitting in its case, feeling lonely. It's mainly been used in the house but has done 2 rehearsals and, 1 gig. It is in great condition but does come with 4 small dings that were there, when I bought it. 1 is on the tip of the headstock (a small knock), 1 is under the bridge, 1 is on the underside of the body and 1, on the top of the body. They are small knocks which I have tried to show in the pictures. You really can't see them unless you look. This bass also comes with the original hard case which is in perfect condition. I would prefer a cash sale please. The only trades I would consider is a good conditioned Fender Precision Deluxe 5 with a maple neck and / or a Sandberg California VT5 with maple neck. I would prefer collection but will meet in a 50 mile radius of Cardiff. I will post but at the buyers expense. If you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a line and I will do all I can to help. Cheers.
9. Ahhhh man, I would love this so much just because that is my childhood, right there. That is stunning and so much nicer than the current Harris West Ham signature model IMHO. If I had the spare dosh I'd be taking the 12 mile trip to you, right now. GLWTS #wishlistbass
10. Is this 34" or 35" scale length? Thanks
11. Very nice. Warwick for me (never thought I'd say that again). It had a much more clear, modern and defined sound. The others sounded pretty similar to be honest. Interesting to watch and listen to. Cheers
12. Thankfully, this bass is no longer for sale. I really didn't want this to go, it is an absolute gorgeous bass that I had lusted after for so long. I'm so pleased I no longer have to sell it. Here's to many years of happy playing. PHEW!
13. Weekend price drop bump. £1550.00. An awesome price for an awesome bass
14. Sunny Hump day BUMP for a truly beautiful bass
15. Thanks everyone. After listening to your advice, I'm sticking with my current setup and going to use the SansAmp in conjunction with that. It does seem a bit mad when I think about it, going down the poweramp / preamp route. I appreciate all your comments, so much. Cheers )
16.
I've got a Crown xls2000 on a reggae sound rig...silly loud...silly light....good price.....
Cheers. I've decided to keep my rig and try some of the suggestions here. Thanks so much
17.
Some of the Sansamp preamps are not hot enough to drive some power amps to full power, so you'll need the check both the output voltage of the preamp and the input sensitivity of the power amp.
I had someone just mail me the exact same thing. Thanks so much
18. After much advice, I have decided to keep this and give it another go. I am withdrawing this from sale. Thanks for all the inquiries. Take care. Cheers, Matt
19.
On the other hand. . . . buy a decent bass amp and the pre should be every bit as good as the SansAmp.
I just love my SansAmp. It gives me everything I need. I will look at your suggestion and maybe keep the current setup. Thanks ever so much
