1. OK, a slight change of plan. Some studio gear has cropped up that I would dearly like to get. I am really open to good offers. What you got? Hit me
 2. Exactly. Just amazing. That's what I'm talking about and no worries for me at a gig ha ha ha ha ha
 3. I do agree but I'm just not prepared to go through it with this bass. Daft as it sounds, I can't get past it so, it must go and someone else can deal with it Love those Sandberg basses as well. Those relic'd ones look particularly tasty Cheers.
 4. Thanks for the trade offers guys but looking for a sale only please. All PMs replied to and, I am open to very sensible offers, just for the record
 5. I know bud and, that is exactly how I feel. That's not what a bass is for. My P bass I look after really well but as it came to me dinged up, I can just enjoy it. A shame but, at least I can say I've owned one
 6. I have and luckily it hasn't had one yet, hence why I'm selling. Thanks
 7. I did and it scared the hell out of me. That's not good. I have a Fender P 5 string that is dinged up, which is just perfect to take on the road without worrying lol
 8. Tech Spec from the Bass Direct site - Hand built by master craftsman, Mike Lull and his team of skilled luthiers in Seattle, Lull basses have been making fine quality instruments since 1977. Mike's interpretation of the classic Leo Fender designed "Precision" bass takes the build and playability to a whole new level with a 35" scale giving a fully functioning, tight B string for ease of playability and extended range. Lightweight, fully seasoned instrument grade wood is combined with the finest components for a really advanced bass guitar experience. Classic tones with more depth, range and variety than the original, a real "players" bass for the 21st Century.

Mike Lull PJ5 - (List price £3250)
Lightweight Swamp Ash Body
Black three ply pick guard
Trans Blackburst finish
Maple one piece graphite reinforced neck
Contoured neck/heel
Maple fingerboard, 12" radius
21 frets
Bone nut, 1 7/8" width at nut
35" scale
Black dot inlays
Volume, Volume, Passive tone
Nordstrand P and humcancelling J pickups (£150 option)
Full electrostatic shielding
Hipshot "A" style aluminium bridge in chrome 18mm string spacing
Hipshot ultralight tuners in chrome
Instrument fully Pleck'd
Protec Contego case
Weight: 3.7kg/8lb 2oz
9. Would you believe it. Crikey. Just replied bud and sorry
 10. *** SOLD *** Locally just now. Thanks for reading and sharing. Have a great week-end
 11. PMs replied. Thank you but no trades please Any love anyone? Have a great weekend
 12. Indeed, that's what I meant. They actually had 1000k pots in and I had them changed to better quality 500k pots. It was way too bright, for me and lost some of that P-Bass'ness lol Sounds so much better now IMHO
 13. Thank you for your post. It really is light and easy to play. I've never gigged it but have used it in a full 4 hour rehearsal and no issues on the back or shoulder or neck - perfectly balanced. This is a 34" scale and the "B" is still awesome sounding
 14. They are seriously ace but do need to be upgraded IMHO. The pots were a bit too hot and the hardware average but, the construction is ace and the stability wonderful. Once upgraded, this is a great sounding, very playable, light weight, modern take on a classic.
 15. Hey, that's life but a lovely choice with the Lakland purchase. Great basses. Have many happy years playing it and cheers
 16. Hello. I'm selling my upgraded MTD CRB 5 bass and gig bag. It's absolutely lovely and a great, new interpretation of a P-Bass. It has an asymmetric neck and Buzz Feiten Tuning and weighs 3.5kg. I've upgraded the machine heads with Hipshot ultralight tuners and the bridge with a Hipshot "A" style aluminium bridge. The pots and input jack have all been upgraded and new knobs added as well. It comes with a new set of D'Addario Pro Steels plus strap locks, the original bridge and machines heads and the lovely MTD gig bag. New, at Bass Direct, the combined price of the bass, not including the upgrades I have done, and gig bag is £570. I've put £200 of new, high quality hardware on this bass. The only reason for selling is I have the ultimate P-Bass with my Mike Lull PJ5 and this just isn't getting used. It's in mint / new condition. I'm based in the Cardiff area and am looking for £400 for this and no trades please. If you're looking for a quality 5 string bass that is light, plays like a dream, sounds ace but retains some classic approaches to bass then, this is for you. Cheers for reading. Matt PS I forgot to mention postage etc. I am prepared to deliver but at the buyers expense or / and I'm prepared to travel in a 50 mile radius of Cardiff to meet / deliver
 17. I'm still hoping to get the cash so fingers crossed but if it goes, it goes. I'll keep on wanting
 18. No probs and understand. Had to ask lol Good luck with the sale.
 19. Are you selling the John Myung bass by any chance? PS These TRBs are bloody lovely. I've had a few but no idea why I got rid of them
 20. Love these basses. Used to have one but sold it and wish I hadn't. If I had the money, I'd be biting your hand off right now. Have a free bump and good luck with the sale
