I have an Aguilar AG500 single channel. I was thinking of selling it to fund a new bass, but i then got a bass i love. But. i wondered about getting a smaller amp like an Aguilar TH 350. I have not a clue about amp prices. Sorry I'm not trying to advertise my amp before you get arsey admin. Just wondered if its a sought after amp.?
One of the best 5 strings ever made in my opinion. Especially with a maple fret board, adds a certain zing to the Humbucker tone. Lovely bass. good luck with the sale.
Im not a huge hardcore funk fan, Tis possibly why i love this band. There mix of soul/funk/groove is perfect for me. I can listen to an AWB's album all the way through and not get bored. There not Tower of Power but also, they aint Earth Wind and Fire. They are Scottish. The second record is so ripped by a certain gangster rap band called NWA. There are soooooo many fantastic records from these guys. They my bread and butter.

Imo. 13 + minutes of magic. just great music. Production from the fantastic Trevor Horn. I can see Grace Jones's Slave to the Rhythm, in it. Some great bass playing also.

This is easy for me - Peter Gabriel, So. Also my favourite album of any decade.
im very with you. Excellent album. Love this. Such a creative artist he is. i remember back in the early 90's he came on to the Brit Awards or some show like that on stilts. in some weird costume. Fantastic musician. he reminds me of David Byrne for some reason. Maybe its the video.
Imo this guy is the master at the technical aspects of setting up a bass. The detail he goes into is great. He makes sure the instrument is in playing position when he corrects adjustment to the action, because the weight of the instrument lying down will throw his adjustments off. now that is a bass tech. ! THE guy to learn from. This is part 1 of 4
Thats not a Celinder vibe. That is exactly like the pick guard and jazz body(apart from the bottom horn) of a Celinder. And yes i love them. i want.!!!!
are they expensive.?

UK artists but recorded in the States, hope it counts,
Combat Rock or Sandinista - The Clash
No it doesn't count. especially when your lazy bass playing ass can't be bothered to post a link.!!
sorry I'm only kidding..
This is DJ Premier, possibly the best HipHop DJ of all time imo. with some real masters of the genre. Nas, Rakim, amazing rapper, and my favourite KRS 1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mnl7Q_IBXbw
