4. ha ha... a powerhouse singer and band on ole Al's show... blew the socks off the OAP's in the audience... loved it...
5. the choice of instruments i think is good.. they seem to cater for most pickup choices (bar a H model) etc.. the only trouble with Fender is the choice in exciting cheaper models, that the Japanese do so well... would like to see this as a cheaper model.. Geddy's red flame maple Jazz.. but this is a custom shop bass, so i guess they dont want to take too much away from there custom shop division..
6. its the best funk ive ever heard... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJnwwSASWnA&feature=channel_video_title http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzY6covN-Uk&feature=channel_video_title

The audere is awsome... sounded very very good with the Lollars... you cant really go wrong.... i found this vid of some Lollars in a Nash.. he seems to have his tone rolled off on this vid.. much brighter near end of vid 2.40... and this is without an Audere.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWZuchBYR1A

18. Totally dig this track.. amazing tight funk from Steely Dan.. love the space in this one... im rapidly becoming a big fan of Tom Barney... hes got a fantastic groove going on in this... generally i think Steely and Fagans music is the best crafted music ive ever heard... it really shows how tight they are, in there live stuff.... 19. Was browsing in my local town today, and spotted one of these.. the guy plugged it in for me and i was really impressed.. a really comfortable bassl, with great playability.. what i loved was the neck.. very flat and sooo comfortable.. and it sounded really nice... anyone else played one of these??.. i might even put a deposit down on it.. great bass for 300 squids..
20. for me the tone on this Louis Bennedetti track..(Gene Perez on bass) is the best tone ive ever heard.. low down punch, growl... ok hes a master groove player and it helps, but what a tone.. how the hell does he get that growly bloody awsome tone..?? its a Jazz bass by the way This is also just amazing tone.. bad... ass... there aint knowone who plays quite like Meshell please no "the tone is in the fingers", ive got the tshirt... its the overall tone im interested in not the technique... whats your favorite..?
