I've just had a good listen to this new album. Ties to Bluey from Incognito of course. Some great modern jazz funk that just better and better as the record progresses.

It was a Vintage PJ Vb5 string. Body was Bubinga hence the sig. Great beginner bass. Bloody heavy though.

Easy fix, and they will never loosen your nuts on Schaller's. The locking washer. Ive been using these on Schaller's for years and they have never come loose.

Its a sound that very quickly jumps from normal note to octave very quickly up and down. Ive just put on a fresh set of DR's and it seems a lot better. Although one note which is the B on the G string immediately jumps from B to lower octave and back again, but not as bad with the old set of strings.
